I had to put my sweet boy to sleep last week ... I cannot express enough how wonderful, thoughtful and caring the doctors and staff are there. Dr. Connelly and the staff made an extremely heartbreaking process a little easier by making us feel that my baby would be well taken care of afterwards until his remains were back. We are so pleased with the care that our sweet Ana has received at Complete Pet Care. Since moving from Raleigh we have tried to find a new vet that’s closer to home, but none compare. Dr. Hunter treats our dog with so much care and compassion. Hands down best veterinary office out there. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Winstead is awesome. Everyone at this practice is so professional and friendly and caring. This is the best vet I have ever used. I am so glad my last vet would not see my sick dog because I found Complete Pet Care. They saw him and took care of him same day and I have been with them ever since.

We love the staff at Complete Pet Care! We use them for vet care, and for boarding, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Conley and his staff take such great care of our senior dog, and they have since she was 2 years old. They are very knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer any questions we may have. The staff at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe is wonderful. As a new client they have made us feel very welcome. The hiring of Dr. Laura Winstead was the primary reason for us to both follow her from her previous employer and become a new client at Complete Pet Care . We feel that they are extremely fortunate to have her as a new Veterinarian on staff. Should you be in need of a compassionate and knowledgeable vet Dr. Winstead is who you should see. I was very impressed with Complete Pet Care from the time I walked in to the time I left. I have a rescue that was in very rough shape. The vet put together a action plan on his care and as to what took priorities. She genuinely cares about your pets health. I was so surprised Monday they actually called to see how he was doing. I will definitely be taking my animals there from now on.
