Skyler was awesome from the time he answered his phone to the final extraction of Momma raccoon. He came prepared with all the necessary tools and supplies. Not only did he remove Momma and four babies, he secured the vent area with a metal cage so that no other animals are able to gain access. Very professional all around! Call Skyler and you won’t be disappointed! Worth every penny!

We had some issues in our home and Sky was able to get out the same day! He was extremely informative, answered all my questions and has been flexible with our schedule. On top of all of this, he is coming out every few days to make sure there isn’t anything else in our attic. We are very thankful for this company!

Wild Shield Wild Life was amazing. My husband and I thought we had a squirrel in our attic last week. We heard the scratch, ignored it - until the next morning we noticed that whatever had made itself at home in our attic had urinated through the insulation and sheetrock and left some horrible stains on our ceiling. I posted in a local community group looking for recommendations for an exterminator and the first 5 or 6 people to respond recommended Wild Shield... And now I know why. Sky came out that same afternoon, tactfully crawled his way through our claustrophobia inducing attic and reported back that there was a raccoon and her babies nestled up there. He found their access point, and he sprayed a pheromone in there to coax them out, and was at our house for 5 or 6 days in a row monitoring progress until he could confirm they left. He repaired the access point and also reinforced other potential access points before completing his work. He was punctual, polite, did exceptional work and was very reasonably priced. Though working with him was effortless, I hope to never have to do it again. But I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again, Sky!

From the moment I heard the scratching inside my ceiling at 11 pm one night about 10 days ago, and being freaked out that a critter of some sort was inside our house where it did not belong and remembering hearing about this company, and texting them on the spot, brought great comfort. Early the following morning was my response. I had so many questions and Skylar answered every single one with professionalism and accuracy (as I researched and found out). He set a time to come and look around the roofline and then showed us the pics of the gaps he found. He outlined a plan with some options of 1. wait and see or 2. lay some traps, wait and see, or 3. go ahead and seal up as well as lay traps. We chose to put traps in and wait a couple of days. Hearing the scratching at 5 a.m. the next morning was our answer. He came and sealed us up. He is polite, professional, punctual, patient (with all my questions). Thank you Mr. Dowse for your expertise, knowledge, great work and taking care of our house. We highly recommend this company and Mr. Dowse for any critter trouble you may have.
