As a facility with caring staff and a low-stress, positively focused and skilled veterinarian, their pricing is beyond reasonable and their availability for wellness visits and drop offs (as a one doctor practice) is impressive. Our family cannot recommend them enough! We ❤️ our vet and vet staff.

I have always had a great experience here! Dr. Ng, Kelsey, and staff are always very supportive and understanding especially with Señorita not knowing that she is a dog lol. Kelsey was taking Christmas pictures and I love her patience and passion. Dr. Ng is always so sweet and informative. She clipped my baby’s nails with such ease❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all🌹❤️🤗😊

Dr Ng is the best veteran ever. Love her and her staff. Your fur babies will be well taken care of. My boys are so healthy, strong, and so happy. From my 3 month old puppy Codi to my 6yo boys Cugi and Chuck. I won't take them anywhere else ❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give them TEN stars! We have been patients for over five years. They have been with us through joyful times of new pups and kittens coming home, to sad and scarier times. Dr. Ng and her staff are so helpful, so knowledgeable, so caring, so trustworthy, and all for a VERY affordable price. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for our fur babies!

My pup and I waited a week for an appointment here, and this place just gave it away to someone else because I was about 8 minutes late, despite that I called ahead to let them know. And then, they could not give me any window as to when or if my dog would even be seen. Huge red flag when a business (especially a vet) has no grace in policy whatsoever. Things happen to people. It is ridiculous that they will not hold the spot for less than ten minutes for someone who scheduled and waited for an appointment and came from work rather than immediately giving it away to whoever walks in. I was not aware that the policy was so unforgiving until the day of, at the detriment of my own time. Would not recommend at all.
