This wonderful place has nothing short of saved my dog. Every single person on the staff is friendly and cares about their job. Their business model is excellent, in addition to over 50 years of experience. I'm grateful that my pup and my cat found this place. I vote them best of Charleston every single here. And they win every single year because Charlestonians think they're the best too. I go to them when my pets are in sickness and in health, for all their vaccines and yearly rabies shots, and anytime I have a scare that my dog or cat might have something wrong, I head to Patrick Veterinary Clinic. Their Prices are very reasonable too.

They take great care of our pups every time we bring them in! They were so kind and helpful when our first dog passed and were supportive the entire time. We have taken our two new puppies to them and they are always very knowledgeable and can quickly get them in when we need to be seen. The facility is clean and parking is easy. We are very glad we found Patrick Vet and will be lifelong clients!

The best in Charleston! We switched a couple years ago from other vet clinics that overcharged and always looked for ways to add things we did not believe were needed. Patrick Vet Clinic is transparent, has a clear breakdown, very fair with cost, and has the kindest staff.

What an amazing vet and office. My pup is reactive and they managed him with grace and professionalism. The vet examined him without fear and my dog showed less reaction than I ever witnessed. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant and I recommend this practice.

I recently brought my chihuahua to Patrick Veterinary Clinic after hearing great things about them, and I was extremely happy with my visit to their facility. Super friendly compassionate staff. All around an awesome experience and great prices as well highly recommend!
