Amazing experience so far. Keep in mind, there is only one person working the front handling visitors and phones. Most of the time they don't answer, but are pretty prompt on texting back. The vet and assistants are caring and honest. We are looking forward to bringing our other pets here in the future.

Not impressed. I left a voice message on their VM where they say it could take up to two days to call back. But they sent a generic text for response. A week and a half later still no call so I finally decide to text back. It was a long text, like I knew it would be and it’s hard to get information to a whole text. All I got next was that they’re not taking new patients, try here. Been waiting a whole dang week and a half for a text. Probably for the best, my gut says my pets dodged a bullet.

Dr. Cooke and his team have been taking care of our fur baby since she was 8 weeks old. His advice and guidance has helped us to raise a very healthy dog here at three years old! Even if they are busy when you call and have to leave a message, you will get an immediate text response acknowledgment of the call letting you know when they will call back and give instructions in case of emergency! I feel like I know this team genuinely love animals and they care what happens to your fur baby!
