They have always been very helpful. I have had at least 4 of my cats neutered and spayed here. I was really concerned because one of my cats the incise opened. However, they made a follow up appointment promptly. And she’s almost healed. The staff is very friendly. And if you have any medical assistance they help you with reduced costs. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much to PAWS and all the customer service, they all are very professional and kind. I really loved how they treated me in my Alfredo's appointment.
My mom took her cat to Paws for neutering, but unfortunately, the clinic didn't close the cage properly and it ran off outside the clinic. Despite their claim that the fault lies with the cage itself rather than any negligence or mistake in its use by them. My mom has used this same cage without incident when trapping strays previously.
I took my 1 year old cat there to get spayed,microchip,shots...nails trimmed. The Paws were very attentive and helped me with all of my questions.I was a nervous wreck, but my Tinka was in good hands, she came home and is resting. 😄
I was so happy when PAWS let me know they could neuter my dog. Their cost is very reasonable, and because their vets perform so many procedures, I had comfort that my dog would get the best care. Their pre and post-op instructions and guidance were very clear.
This is about paws Chicago medical center kill my baby cute kitty !!! My cat had an operation here on December 30th, and left me forever on January 5th! She died in less than a week, but I lost my cat forever because of the mistake of the operation. When she came home after the operation, I could clearly see that she was weak. On January 4th, I tried to contact this hospital and took my cat back for reexamination, but the in front of the desk people at that time told me that he was very good! And didn’t let the doctor to see again. So I took it home and found that my cat couldn't even walk at about five o'clock in the rain. So I took it to the emergency room. The doctors in the emergency room tried to help it but couldn't find the reason. I was too afraid to lose it. I didn't care about spending all my savings, only about its recovery, but the reality was too cruel. It left me forever the next afternoon. It was my child to me, I can't accept the ending! The next morning, I drove back and forth for six hours to take it to the veterinary diagnostic laboratory college of veterinary medicine for autopsy, just to know what caused its death. This incident hit me too hard. I was 16 weeks pregnant. When I got home and waited until the evening, I bled 🩸, That night I went to the emergency room of Northwest hospital ! The next day, i was finally discharged under the examination of the doctor. After returning home and waiting for three days, the emergency room doctor called me to tell me that I had received the initial examination report. He told me that it was an operation error that caused its death. Later, I waited for the final report to come out two weeks later. After I sought my lawyer, the lawyer asked the professional team to give me my conclusion that my cat died of a medical accident and the doctor made a mistake in the operation! The doctor removed my cat's uterus and operated it incorrectly! The ureter was cut off by mistake, so it was unable to urinate, and finally urine flowed into the body, resulting in kidney failure and pulmonary edema! We tried to be very responsible, but the attitude of the person in charge was very bad. They didn't want to be responsible for this matter. Some people may think that pets are just pets, but I think most people will be like me. Pets are my family, friends and children. When I was at the bottom of my life, it accompanied me.
