Really appreciate the knowledge and experience to help us manage our Bulldog's arthritis 🩷 This was a 2nd opinion and we're staying 🐾🐾 with Dr. Saenz 5⭐⭐⭐⭐ However on 2nd visit we had to come twice because the "no more walk-ins" sign was posted. We signed in at 130pm it's over 4 hrs waiting......for 2nd injection.... Please take appointments

They have a good office system. The staff and doctor are very friendly. They gave my Viszla, Lincoln, lots of TLC. I decided to take Lincoln in during the afternoon pet take in. I think this was better than waking up super early to beat the crowd. I took Lincoln back this year, 2023, for his vaccines. The vet and his assistant were very efficient. Lincoln was diagnosed with allergies. The instructions were clearly given. Lincoln is doing so much better as far as his allergies are concerned.

Great experience. Took our lil Buddy when he got injured. They walked us through what he would need done and were so kind to him. *update: brought spidey... he had to have surgery and they called me before I could even get home to talk about what was going on with him.

Excellent customer service from the Doctors, Assistants and Staff! They are Very willing to answer all our questions and provided wonderfully competent care of our cat during his surgery. The Doctor called us three times with updates on our cats progress! Customer for life here!

I took in a very sick feral kitten. Usually veterinarians look down on me because i care for these cats. This kitten was lovingly cared for in his last moments of life. The beautiful people at this hospital treat our animals with gentleness, dignity and love.
