Staff is beyond professional and courteous throught. Approaching the vehicles ahead of time, before the surgeries start, for the registration process. They ask your needs, and document your information. Vehicles are registered in accordance to order, fulfilling all surgery space. All staff and vets, show compassion and concern, for pets to receive services, from surgeries to vaccinations.All animals receiving services,are addressed by their names,and treated with the highest of care.Many payment options are available. I took 2 neighborhood feral cats in to get spayed. Although it’s by appt. do get there early. There were 7 other TNR folks there with their cats. Very friendly and professional staff. Do volunteer or donate. Great cause.

My dog was microchipped at this spay clinic. They never gave me the numbers on the chip. My dog got lost 4 week ago!!!! I didn’t even know that I was supposed to get a numeration for the chip. I found out after posting pictures of my dog everywhere and somebody asked me for the chip numeration and if it had been updated. All this was new to me. They suggested that I called the clinic where my dog was microchipped. I’ve been calling this clinic for the last two weeks!!! No one is answering the phone, I have left several voicemail messages. Nobody has returned my calls. I need help please. This is so unprofessional, these dogs are family members to most of us. They’re not just animals, we are suffering. All I need is the numbers on the chip. Is that too much to ask??!!

It is very expensive, for spay & neuter it was $400.00 dlls to begin with, everything it was going to add, and it could go up to $900.00 dlls to $1000.00 dlls

These people are truly amazing. I'm very blessed that they were able to help me and so many others. The experience was great, the staff is very caring and friendly. So glad they offer this service to those in need.

Will never go there again, they re vaccinated my dog with the rabies shot even though proof was shown she had received it a week prior. They also microchipped her even though she already has one because they “couldn’t find it”. She went there to be spayed and when we went to pick her up they were not friendly at all and were very reluctant to answer questions about anything. I cannot stress enough to not use this place unless you absolutely have no other options.
