Canceled our appointment for not making the down payment. Which they didn’t let us know when we booked the appointment or at any time prior but just choose to cancel it without letting us know and re-filled the spot. Hard to trust a Vet when they do stuff like that. Glad it wasn’t a life threatening appointment.

Took my sweet Jack Russell in yesterday on a last minute appointment. So greatful I called when they opened and they got her in at 9:30 am. She has a really bad ear infection. My poor girl was in so much pain she wouldn't let them touch her. They kept her for a few hours and sedated her. Soooo incredibly thankful to how caring the entire staff was to work her in and give her excellent care! Super affordable too! Kyia and I are so blessed to have this wonderful place as her regular vet!!

My wife went in to get our two kittens their booster shots. $175 just to be seen, but we figured that would cover most of, if not the entire visit so we took them. Once there, they wanted $230 more for shots. A quick google search shows they were more than doubling the price normally charged by comparable veterinarians. I know times are hard for everyone, but that is absurd and borderline gouging. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of one is because the staff themselves were fantastic. I just can’t leave a good review when the visit felt a bit like a monetary trap. TLDR: This place has nice staff, but the prices are outrageous.

Dr Grellmen is, hands down, the best vet I've ever worked with. She was so receptive to my fears and anxieties and really reliable and communicative whenever my dogs were being treated for anything. I feel so secure taking my pets to her. She did a marathon extraction session on my pitbull yesterday and I am so glad she walked me through things. The rest of the team is also fantastic. If I ever can't reach who I might be trying to get ahold of they're all so helpful. They really helped me whenever I beat myself up if the boys are sick or hurt. Very empathetic.
