We have been going to East Padden for 3 years with our oldest Mini Aussie. We recently got a puppy and then our oldest had an unfortunate situation, where she got attacked under a fence and has multiple leg wounds and paw stitches. So we have been going to the vet even more frequently which is unfortunate. BUT every single time we go the customer service at East Padden is AMAZING and absolutely unbeatable. I took our injured fur-babe in for a booster rabies. Walking on that leg is still painful and I had a sleeping baby in the car. The Vet tech kindly offered and brought the shot to my dog (which she loved because she hates going into the vet she just cries and cries) and even brought my bill to me in the car to pay. So the baby got to stay sleeping and the fur-babe didn’t have to move an inch. One happy mama over here!! We have also had such great continuity of care. We have only been seen by Dr. Rowley for all visits for both dogs in the last year. He is so kind and thoughtful and goes above and beyond to make my dogs (who don’t like my being there) more comfortable. He also goes out of his way to give you all options, doesn’t push anything on you, educates you and always gives ideas for to ways to be more cost-efficient. We adore him! East Padden isn’t the closest to our house, but is absolutely worth the drive for our dogs care.

The staff here are always kind and considerate. The communication between the doctors, staff and us is excellent. The clinic is clean and the doctors seem very invested in my pet's care. I was referred here by friends and I'm glad we tried them.

We started taking our dog Hughie there almost two years ago, as the vet is very close to home. We had such an amazing experience here with Hughie we even switched our cat Milo to continue care here. When Hughie got ear infections they were immediately able to get us in the same day. When our cat Milo ran out of his seizure medication refills they unfortunately didn’t have a same day but we were able to drop him off and pick him up later in the day( such a great alternative compared to waiting for an appointment) After all appointments the staff even follows up to see how your animals are doing. Truly amazing staff, they truly love and care so much for all the animals. When it comes to prices they make sure and go over the price of things before getting started. We are extremely grateful for everyone here. We e couldn’t recommend East Padden Animal Hospital enough!

Only positive experiences here! I first brought my cat to East Padden for an urgent care appointment when my regular vet couldn’t fit me in, and I’ve never left! I started bringing all of my pets here. Their pricing is fair, their vets are fantastic, and all the staff is so nice, they obviously really love our animals. I just had my dog in for his neuter yesterday, and they were so thorough with his care, they even looked at one of his ears that he had been scratching frequently and diagnosed him with an ear infection. He came home with his ear treated, with all the appropriate medication, and a microchip for a very reasonable cost because they offer a great puppy package. Don’t hesitate to bring your pets here, they will be in good hands!

My boxer, Boeing, was very sick and having a bad reaction to a new food to help with pancreatitis. I called East Padden to try and get in for an emergency or urgent care visit. They called to say they could “fit” me in. Dr. Dave spent 25 minutes with us and then popped back in two more times. It was amazing. I got more information in that visit than I had the previous 7 weeks. We wont be going anywhere else. Everyone was kind, compassionate, listened to our concerns and provided excellent treatment from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out.

I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about both the animals and their human clients. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was positive, even though the place was very busy. Dr. Carr took the time to conduct a comprehensive exam of my pet, ensuring no detail was overlooked. I really appreciated how she didn't rush through the appointment and asked multiple times if I had any more questions or concerns, which made me feel good about having Lucy in her care. This visit, and the follow-up communications, left me confident that my pet is in great hands.
