Dr. Porterpan and her team are simply amazing. They saved our kitty’s life. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and attentive. They provided critical guidance and ensured we had all the information to make a good decision on care for our baby. They took fantastic care of her during her 5 night stay in the ICU, and were very easy to work with over the phone, flexible with visitation, and friendly.

Posting this here for transparency - I paid the $285 upfront but had the time for my appointment wrong. This was my fault. However, they require another $285 to make a new appointment, and unfortunately this is completely unattainable - and now almost $300 is gone, with no treatment for my dog. There was no way to reschedule without an additional $285. That would be almost $600 upfront without anyone having seen my dog.

I cannot say enough good things about the care at this clinic! My cat was referred by our vet so we went through emergency/critical care. She had the absolute best care from Dr. Troendle and Dr. Martin. She has a very unusual infection that they found through abdominal ultrasound and other diagnostics. I honestly didn't think my cat would make it through the weekend, but now she almost completely back to normal. They are definitely pricey, but the care is worth every penny.

We have been coming here since 2012. First visits were with Stickers before he passed. We come here now with his brother Cheddars. The staff & Dr. Munger are incredibly kind and compassionate. It’s sometimes hard to find providers in our area, that don’t primarily focus on dogs or horses. Cheddars loves the staff, & I always feel comfortable & relieved after being here.

I just wanted to personally thank Dr. Jesse Dawson for her compassion, kindness, and expertise during a difficult time. Some people are put on earth for a purpose, and Dr. Dawson is definitely one of those people. She is everything you could ever ask for in this line of work. It was a tough visit, but as soon as we left I turned to my partner and we agreed "she was meant to be a vet". Thank you so, so much. You have left such an impression on our hearts.

If you have to come here, I’m sorry. This place will provide good care, as long as you don’t have to work with the rude black girl at the front desk. Today she told me to skip 2 days of medication for my dying dog after we called it in 24 hours ahead of time. She hates her job and makes sure everyone knows it.
