Trail Pet Hospital is the best veterinarian hospital I have ever encountered. The staff is very loving toward their patients and both Dr. Suh and Dr. Kim go the extra mile for their patients and pet parents. They possess excellent surgical surgical skills and try to keep the cost down as much as possible. I have been involved in animal rescue for 30+ years, fostering and adopting many difficult abuse cases with a large number of medical issues.

Our cat had crystals in his bladder and our small town vet referred us to another vet to do a perineal urethrostomy and they wanted a fortune. We called every vet in a 4 hour radius that said they can do the surgery online and Trail Pet Hospital worked with us on the cost and timing. Dr Suh and his team were amazing and so helpful. They were able to insert a catheter when our regular vet couldn't. He explained everything very thoroughly and was patient with our panicked questions. They even followed up with us after we took him home to make sure he was ok. We're so thankful that they were able to save our sweet boy. He's healing very nicely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dr. Suh and his staff were amazing!! He is caring and compassionate and I was so impressed with him and his staff. Our dog is 17 and she is struggling, but he was compassionate and explained her situation without being demeaning. He didn’t try to do tests that were unnecessary to just charge us and went beyond by helping us with understanding what she needed. He even cleaned her eyes for us. I honestly would’ve paid the bill twice for what he helped us with. He is the best vet I’ve ever experienced. I recommend him and his practice to everyone!

We have always experienced excellent care of our pets @ Trail Pet. They make themselves quickly available to help in times of need. We have always been able to get an appointment quickly and our babies get such good & loving care. We have older pets so ongoing care and medications are needed and Trail Pet is always ready to help.

Came here with our foster dog. The rescue recommended this vet and we are very pleased with their care and attention to detail. The vet is very thorough and explained things in detail. The vet tech/nurse was extraordinary. She provided great insight. We have worked with multiple vets in the North Dallas area and this is by far the most confident experience.

I’ve given this place so many chances, and they continue to disappoint. If you are actually worried about your animal, find another vet!!! Last year I took my dog in for a routine check up and he died less than a week later, but if his issues had been caught at that check up he could have been treated sooner and survived. They told me he was totally happy and healthy, when really they only looked at him for 5 minutes. One of my moms cats died because they wouldn’t try a new treatment for her, just kept using the same stuff that wasn’t working. And this time, I took my cat in for urinary issues. Spent $500, including a $130 drop off fee for HALF AN HOUR while my mom was on her way, they sent us home with capsules, dry food, and a pheromone aroma thing saying it was likely just a UTI? I have since had to take him to another vet, who said he immediately needed to go to urgent care, and he is now still being treated for chronic kidney disease. Also called them several times today after I was told this morning I’d receive a call back about my cats blood results, and they just never called even though they knew how serious it was. Incredibly unprofessional. What a waste of time, money, and stress on the animals!! I would never recommend this place for anything seriously wrong with your babies
