I took my Golden Retriever here for the first time for an ear infection and really enjoyed my visit, and so did my dog. The staff was super friendly and loved my happy Golden, and they treated her with fun care. The office was clean and organized, and it felt comfortable to be there. The medicine they sent with me cleared up her ear infection within 3 or 4 days. I liked this place so much that I'm going to switch care providers for my dog and start bringing her here from now on. Thanks guys.

We had a visit with our 4 year old Mini Poodle, Cliff, yesterday for ear pain and allergies. Dr. Gutierrez was absolutely incredible! So grateful to be able to have someone address the cause of the pain/allergies instead of medicating him without talking us through what may be going on. She, and the whole team, were so kind and helpful. We are from Maine, so it is always little nerve wracking bringing your pup somewhere new, but now - we wish we lived in Dallas to be able to have her as our regular vet! Highly recommend Dr. Gutierrez and the whole team.

Terrible experience! Got a false quote to come in and it was double after leaving. The manager was rude and insinuated it was a great deal and I was a bad dog parent for not agreeing. They charged 2k for one tooth extraction and a cleaning. Dr Gutierrez came in originally for an even higher quote even though I just had bloodwork done and xrays from her other vet . Please do not go here. Their goal is to take money. She even said we don’t have insurance on dogs hence why the charges are so high.

Best vet I have been to! I brought my dog in for a somewhat urgent second opinion after my long-time vet was not attentive my dog's issue leading to a mis-diagnosis after not eating for a couple weeks and significant weight loss. Bent Tree started over and found the issue on the first appointment, explained the issue, and the prognosis, and scheduled surgery for the next day. They in the first two weeks follow up care has been great. I recommend taking your pet to Bent Tree. The Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Chern and the whole staff is great. Prices are reasonable and well-explained.

Called for a same day appointment for my sick dog, everyone was super nice! The reason im giving 3 stars is because they didn't talk about pricing and I feel like they price gouged the fecal. My boy had some bad tummy issues and I wanted them to do a fecal. They didn't ask me what kind of fecal and they did probably the most expensive one they could have (110 WOAH!) I would say the normal price for a fecal I have seen at vets is roughly 60. I believe with the information I gave them, the fecal they charged for was not needed and I wasn't even asked about it or even told it was done/results. I handed the fecal to the receptionist and the only time it was mentioned that it was done was at check out. So I guess it was all negative. Also a minor thing but they also did not half the pills, and they aren't scored so I will have to go and buy a pill cutter now. Doing small things like this really makes a difference in vet offices. The team should really work on communication as its pretty unreasonable to just not even ask what service is being done.

First visit at VCA: Apollo did so well! Dr. Kimball and all of the techs/ employees did a beyond amazing job. My cat wasn't nervous at all, didn't hiss, cower, or scratch/bite once. We recieved a goody bag with a couple toys, a laser, and a free first sample of Revolution flea and heartworm medication. Overall, a wonderful experience!
