I can not say enough good things about Brinker Animal Removal. They are the BEST Animal Removal company you could ever find! I feel very lucky that I found them because I'm in good hands for lifetime! And it's all for very reasonable competitive price! Dylan is the technician who helped me. He is THE BEST man for the job. He is very very professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough, super nice, always on time. He worked hard around my house and checked almost every inch of my house, sealed every possible entry point and did beautiful jobs, decontaminated the attic after the removal and repair. I was SUPER happy with their great work. Recently, after a few years of quiet time, there is noise again from the attic. Dylan quickly responded my text and came over to check the issue. He quickly identified where the issue was (my air conditioner vent and water heater vent somehow got displaced/disconnected). Dylan fixed the issues for me again. It's all covered under Warranty! I rarely write any evaluation/feedback about any business, but I wholeheartedly admire Brinker's excellent work ethic, I felt I have to say something to share the best experience I have. I am truly inspired by Brinker's great people and great service. The world is a better place to live in because of them!

We had some "critters" coming in to what appeared to be our attic space over the kitchen. Every night at dusk you could hear something coming in, making noise and settling in. We did not know if it was squirrels or rats -- but we were very concerned with the damage being created to our home. After waisting money with another company and not solving our problem at all, we called out Brinker based on the positive reviews on Yelp and other sites. Ryan looked over the house and found two places that were completely missed by the other company. He created a one way exit and sealed up everything else. That was the last time we heard anything. He came back and treated our attic area and provided a lifetime warranty, all at a reasonable price. We didn't get the huge sales pressure to do all the insulation removal and replacement. We didn't think it was really needed and he agreed. I absolutely recommend these guys.

These guys did a superb job on one of my customers multi million dollar homes. Their work on site was clean as well as very fast considering this job was very difficult. The color matching was perfect, you can barely tell any work was done.. And lastly, They were very respectful to the homeowners.

I had a serious problem with rats in my attic and could constantly hear them at night. I did some research and attempted to solve this problem by myself. I was unsuccessful and very frustrated. I called three companies to look at my home, provide me with a solution, and a price. All three companies had different pricing, a similar solution, but Brinker was much more professional and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with their work and happy to have no more rats.

Brinker Animal removal saved my business! I had a business that operates out of an old historic home that became invested by rats. I tried many home remedies and had to fix the issue. I called Brinker after talking with several companies. Most other compiles wanted to charge me a fortune and require monthly payments. Brinker did great work and my problem is solved!

Brinker Animal Removal did a great job helping find a dead animal in my home in Dallas. I came home one day to a terrible smell inside my house. I called Brinker and they came out immediately. Turns out the rodent was stuck in a wall. They got it out, sealed up my home, and sterilized it. I called several other Dallas rodent companies and no one could get to my home the same day. I am very thankful for their quick response and great customer service.
