Always met with a friendly staff. Just adopted a dog. Experience was great 👍. Our Vet., Dr. Fling, Is Awesome. Takes the time to sit and talk, explain your pets condition and answer your questions. Have taken all my fur babies to East Lake for over 15 years.

We've been going to ELVH and pet orphanage for many years! They have extremely high standards of care. I always know that my dog or kitty is in the best of hands. Adopting here has also been a wonderful experience! If you go here, you're part of the family!

So, I brought in a new 5 month old mixed German Shepherd puppy I got from the SPCA for an initial checkup and review of her health. She's a beautiful puppy with a great personality, but unfortunately, she had an intestinal infection. No big deal, right? We'll, it turns out that it is a big deal when the veterinary clinic fails to notify the pet owner! A POSITIVE TEST RESULT with no notification of any kind. No call, no text, no email was received. Do you know how I found out? 30 days later, my puppy and I returned for a booster for one of her vaccines. The vet tech sees her and doesn't say a word about any parasite infection. Obviously didn't review her records, because she doesn't inform us of any infection. We're still in the dark. Then the veterinarian herself sees us, you know, the person with the advanced degree and the responsibility and guess what? Obviously, the veterinarian didn't review my puppy's records either, because she doesn't tell us the dog is infected either. This is an example of egregious care or better, the lack thereof. I finally found out that my pet had a problem when the billing person at the front desk asked why there was an open invoice for medicine to treat an intestinal parasite on our account. It was the medicine for her parasites that we never received or even knew we needed! Billing told me my dog was sick. Not the vet tech, not the veterinarian, the billing person! And this notification was 27 DAYS AFTER THE DOG WAS TESTED POSITIVE. Not good at all. Brought her home and we did the medicine. Still no call. Still no veterinarian that cared enough for my pet to even inquire. So I call them. No one seems to want to talk about it. I still have not talked to any of the vets about this. Business manager promised me a refund. Still waiting on that, like I waited on hearing from them after the positive test result. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL, FIND A DIFFERENT VET. The care your pet will receive here is not good.

I called because my kitten threw up worms and they were able to get him in that day, a Saturday, for an exam, testing, and medications! They were amazing and I got my other 2 cats brought in the next day as well for their exams and medication. I will be using them for all my future needs and I can’t wait to check out the cat care center!

The staff and the veterinarian is Amazing! I do have to say I think they are a little costly especially for X-rays $399 - not sure if it’s due to location by white rock lake or why they charge a lot. But I am happy they are open late and could see us in short notice! Just make sure you ask pricing if you care! If they could reduce their costs I would give 10 stars!

Every experience I've had at Eastlake, from the Cat Center to the hospital, has been outstanding. The staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming, great with my pets, thorough and knowledgeable. I know my fur family will receive excellent care and attention, and we never feel rushed.
