We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more. I love coming here. They have been wonderful with my two kittens. I know they are in good hands!!! I recommend them to anyone who needs a new vet or maybe is looking to switch. My prior place was just getting to hard to get appointments but here they get me in when I need to.

Gizmo and I would like to thank Dr. Fincher and team for being so attentive and compassionate during our 2 visits. I truly felt that gizmo was cared for. Even though we didn’t receive good news, I do think Dr. Fincher efficiently gave us a diagnosis and next steps. In my past experiences with other vets, I felt like it was a waste of time/no real answers, rushed, and overly priced for the experience I received. However, I did not feel that here. Pricing was fair, especially for how quickly they could schedule both appointments. I didn’t feel rushed, and I felt like they truly wanted to help Gizmo. That’s all I could ask for. Also, the private rooms are awesome, definitely felt like a safe and calm space. Again, thank you so much for the support with Gizmo during this time. He really is a great kitty :) Enjoy this photo of Gizmo (tabby) and his sister Stormie (tortie). 5/3/2024: It was time for Gizmo to cross the rainbow bridge, and we went back to Petvet since we already had great experiences there. Had a wonderful experience with our first visit. My ferret had a squinty eye and was seen by the doctor there. She made both him and I very comfortable she was very thorough with her exam she recommended antibiotic eye ointment for seven days and if it was still cloudy then to schedule another visit for further testing if need be. The price of the exam and testing that was done at his visit was fair and I would definitely be taking my other Ferrets there as needed

Finding a bunny vet is very hard, finding one you trust and is knowledgeable is extremely hard. Dr Collier saw my bun as a new patient for GI Stasis within an hour of me calling. The tech Koree was fantastic and Dr Collier was amazing. They did not rush the appointment and answered all of my questions in detail. I live an hour from Dr Collier's location but I will definitely make the drive every time from now on, for both my buns. I cannot thank them enough for getting me in and taking care of Apollo!!!

Dr. Collier and Brandy were incredibly sweet and patient with my very nervous Arlo. I really appreciated the separate room with calming pheromones, a cat tree and toys to play with, as my other vet was drop off only (which was incredibly stressful for me). They also gave great suggestions about how to make his vet visits less stressful for him. We were in and out in less than an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a last minute/first time visit appointment.

From the moment you walk in the door it feels like a good place to bring your pet. They are truly compassionate and really know how to keep your pet from getting stressed. Brittany is so very patient and understanding as well as the Dr (forgot her name). I've been here twice in the same week with different cats and each time it was a nice experience. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for your kindness.
