Dr Hanna Pyun was extremely friendly and generous for taking the time to help me get a food prescription card, so I could purchase some special food for my dog. I arrived after the vet closed, but she still took the time to help me and my puppy out and she did it with a smile and a great attitude the whole time. I’ve been taking my dogs to Banfield for 20 years for their veterinary care and have typically been very happy with the service we’ve received. The team working at the Northway Banfield now is excellent. They are always busy, but handle my pooch with lots of care and attention. Kudos to them!

The staff at Banfield Ross is nothing less than awesome! My dog was diagnosed with a heart condition which can be very devastating. Dr Baumann and the staff have helped me every step of the way with my guys medication, explaining everything and helping him feel better. No matter when I call with questions they always take the time to explain everything. Thank you for always being so helpful!!!!

I have taken my dog there gotten a clean bill of health and the dog comes back with the same problem, nothing ever gets fixed here! Also the wellness plans are a joke and don't cover all the upcharges they throw at you! I feel they need to see my dog again and fix the problem once and for all at no charge, instead of the same ole same ole!

I have always found the Veterinarians and Techs to be extremely caring toward my cats during their wellness exams and dental. The wellness plans provide a fair price fir care and the safety of being an established client to gain care when needed.

I am so grateful for the care my golden retriever Sue has received from the staff at Banfield! I have been taking him here since he was 8 weeks old. He was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder (ITP) in June so we have been coming in every 1-2 weeks to have his platelet levels checked. Everyone here, from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the vets (especially Dr. Cohen) is so nice and understanding…especially if we are running a few mins late or accidentally forget an appointment. Thank you for all you do!
