My cat hadn't been eating or drinking for the past day. Turns out she had a sewing needle stuck in the roof of her mouth. We arrived right as the office was opening and they were able to sedate and remove the needle very quickly. We are extremely grateful for the vet (Dave) and staff who helped us.

Overall I've had positive experiences with this office, I've seen 2 different vets here. However, the check-in receptionist always has a bad attitude and is rude. The check out receptionist is always a sweet heart though. They're pricey compared to my previous vet when it comes to routine exam/shot costs but I feel they're more knowledgeable so it's worth it in my eyes.

The vet I saw regularly left and no comparable replacement. My cat's treatment was the same both visits when he needed antibotics which my new Vet365 provided. Sorry to see a veterinarian hospital which I've counted on for years to need to improve service.

Dr. Mikoloski took great care of my dog, he was very patient and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff was also great with her, she needed her booster shots and they got her in and out within minutes. Zoey and I were both happy and we'll be back the next time she needs a checkup.
