I not only like Goodheart, I LOVE it. More importantly, my dogs love it here! Dr. Court is amazing. She gets down to eye level with my pups, takes her time with them, discusses what's going on with a knowledge of their history, provides recommended treatment... just makes all of us feel comfortable and cared for. I can say the same about every tech and admin staff there. When we leave, my pups are calm and collected, which has never been the case coming to our leaving a vet's office. I actually love bringing my pups to the vet now that we have Goodheart in Cherry Creek as our "home!" A thousand stars, hugs, and puppy dog licks from me, Murphy Anne, and esp my little troublemaker Woodrow!!

I am so happy we found Goodheart cherry creek! Everyone has been so kind and understanding with my wrecking ball of a dog. He's very reactive with restraint, so he's having happy visits in hopes to alleviate his fears. I really appreciate how much they value mine and Sascha's comfort. Dr. Robb is amazing and I can't help but tell everyone I know to go see him!

Great first experience for us as first-time puppy parents. We had so many questions to ask the staff and they were so incredibly patient, helpful and supportive. They have very kind, nice touches that make you feel like they genuinely care about you & your pet. They are great about following up after our visit to ensure our puppy is doing well with his treatment plan. I also appreciate the ability to send photos via text and correspond to set up the appointment all in that same thread. Will be recommending to all of my friends!

I’ve had such a great experience here at Goodheart since I moved to the area just over a year ago. I can’t recommend this place enough. My cat Qtip is aging and experiencing more health concerns as time goes on and I’m happy to have Goodheart as our vet. All the vets and staff have been so compassionate and solution-oriented. The care is comprehensive and I’ve always felt like any concerns I’ve had have been taken seriously. They’ve also been easy to reach for refills and prescription food too.

**edit to my review, the director reached out to me so I will give this more stars as I appreciate him trying to rectify the situation** I originally gave this vet low stars, not because they didn’t seem like a capable, clean, well known location, but because of a bad staff experience I had. I will say it was a part time employee / and the other was to be addressed. Other staff I met were kind and accommodating. The follow up made me feel as if they did care more than I originally experienced. Overall, still an expensive vet option for Denver, but if that isn’t an issue than they seem to be a good option.

My dog is super anxious/nervous around new people, especially at vets but the doctors and staff at Goodheart always accommodates his personality by being so patient with him. He never had to be muzzled and we are always allowed to be in the same room for shots, general check ups and even blood work. Scheduling and communicating with the office/doctors are so easy through their apps and texts as well. Highly recommend this vet office.
