Our furry little friend Lynx𓃠 was not feeling well, lost an upper front 🦷tooth that was also infected. Yesterday, (4/4/24) were cared for by a Dr. Janele Kubacki (Dr. K), she was brilliant. She was straightforward, did not try to sugarcoat anything, yet was warm and gracious. Nothing beats a competent AND compassionate individual, let alone, a doctor. This was the first time getting a pet treated here, it was affordable, we did not have to take out a loan, it was under 300$. Dr K made us feel so assured Lynx was in great hands, (she mentioned having 25 years~experience, it def felt like it, in a positive way). Never is it easy when our pets are not feeling well, but this experience made all the difference, we definitely will come back. Also, they were very busy, yet, they saw us right away and Dr K I'm sure, had to hurry but we did not feel rushed in the least, as a matter of fact she even went and checked prices and wrote everything down AND the price for the other option as well.. above and beyond! A thankless job, regardless though-- 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘋𝘳. 𝘑. 𝘒𝘶𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪!

Dr. Emily Hill is the most amazing vet in the world. She is patient, compassionate, and communicates so well. When sitting and holding your senior dog who is recovering from a seizure, she gets down to your level and looks you in the eye to explain the situation. When your giant baby is 120lbs and afraid of his own shadow, she is patient and gives him time to adjust. She calls to check in after traumatic events. We love Dr. Hill! Not only that, but we love the wonderful vet techs and overall experience. Not to mention the prices! I have never had a vet office be so reasonably priced, and it really makes a difference so people can more easily access care their pets need to live long and happy lives. Thank you, Broadview!

Dr K is amazing! I followed her from another clinic and I am so glad that I did. The staff is always helpful and kind. All animals and their humans are very well taken care of here!

I had to take my 6mo dog to the clinic after another clinic had seen him and did not a good job taking care of him. Snow got an ear infection and Dr. Rojas was so amazing treating him, cleaning his ear and I loved that she called us to check on him 2 days later. I’m happy I found this place, I had to go on a Saturday morning for a walk in visit and it was so fast and easy! I will certainly become a recurring client but I hope Snow don’t need anything besides regular visits!

The facility is nice and clean and contemporary. We were warmly greeted and checked in quickly. We didn't have to wait long, just long enough for my dog to sniff around the waiting area. Our vet was very nice and empathetic. Since there was two of us, having one small bench in the exam room was just slightly annoying. We got the lab results back first thing the next morning. They were able to transfer our pets' records (5 cats and a dog) from the old vet and will still be able to send us reminders of upcoming appointments from the old records. I can see why Broadview came highly recommended on Next Door and by a couple of dog owning neighbors. We are here to stay.

I have always had a good experience with the front counter staff. They have always been friendly, whether checking in, or checking out, in spite of always being very busy. Dr. Davies has always been a AAA+ vet, in the 20+ years I've been coming to this clinic, as he is very experienced, and has always had great 'bedside manners' with all of my fur babies.
