I’ve been bringing my pets here since I moved to town a few years ago and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I can always get an appointment quickly, and the staff all clearly love what they do and it shows. Cost is surprisingly reasonable too, even in a time where the price of EVERYTHING is through the… Woof!

Rickords is absolutely the best place to take your animal for anything. Everyone there is so nice. The techs and the doctor's actually care about your pet. I don't feel like they are all about the money. Well that's my experience. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet. My dog Bandit will be doing much better in 2wks thanks to them.

Little “Mom and Pop” place where they take excellent care of my babies. They always get us in quickly and are very caring. Reasonable, cost-wise. I do sometimes feel like they are trying to upsell me, but I think that’s just their job.

Dr Rickords took time to listen and explain things. The vet tech Lauren was very attentive and patient for all my needs. She went over and above what I could have asked for. Staff always caters to my needs and concerns. They are fabulous!

Great experience and so happy he'll be having his surgery there. Even though neutering is common surgery and having a baby canine tooth removed at the same time, Sir Dante is so very special to me and I just couldn't trust him with just any vet. One of the reasons we switched was because his former vet had a continued turn over and he never saw the same vet twice since he was about 6 or 7 months old. Its important to me to establish care with a team that I can trust to be there.
