I’ve gotten all 8 of my cats and my dog fixed here. I’ve been coming here since 2015 with my oldest cat who is now 9. I bring them back to update vaccines and flea treatments. Always had a great experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. They are very attentive with your concerns after surgery and are always willing to see your animals to make sure they are doing ok. 10/10 recommend this place to everyone I meet looking to get their animals fixed. Here’s some pictures of all my cuties ❤️
Willamette Animal Guild (WAG) is an awesome place to take your animals for Spay/Neuter Services. I'm grateful WAG'S services are available for all income levels. The staff are knowledgeable and care about the well-being of your pet. Online appointment applications are easy to navigate, as is the mobile check-in and check out process. The staff gives you paper and e-mail post surgery instructions and are available for questions you may have. My kitty Nibbler was in great hands yesterday for his neutering surgery. My veterinarian agreed with my choice to choose WAG for his procedure.
My best friend took her cat Milo to WAG to get him fixed in October. After he was picked up he was not his normal self, about 4-5 days later he passed away. I highly recommend never going here, he was clearly given WAY too much anesthesia or something went wrong. Spay and neuter clinic has always been such a great choice for my family i highly recommend them!
All 3 of my dog have had surgery at WAG and they did an amazing job. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and gentle with my pets. I did not have any problems with their surgery incision after I brought them home. They healed very well. I followed all the take home instructions including wearing the cone so they could not lick the incision. Not only did they do a great job, but it was very affordable. I have also used their wellness services and again they do a great job.
We have gotten both of our cats spayed/neutered here and the process was super easy! Only issue is how hard it is to get them in, otherwise both of the kitties are doing good!
I'm going to stay level-headed. On the 7th of feburary we went and got our buddy neutered. On febursry 19th he was put down. Wag left alot of crucial info out about the neutering that happened. They didn't tell up that our cat lost alot of blood. He was down to a 22% red cell blood count. They tattooed his area 3 times, so that got infected. The infection got really really bad. Surgery couldn't be done because of the low blood cell count, and due to money I couldn't afford 500 dollar blood transfusion plus the life saving surgery. If you really really love fur baby. Don't go for cheap. I miss you pal. Edit : just spoke with the president on the phone, was a super super nice lady, she told me everyone hearts go out to oliver and I do appreciate it. Also offered me a refund which was very generous and it's money that can go towards our other animals. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful
