We had a great experience with the owner and Eugene/Springfield tech to start, but the reliability, communication and professionalism of this business was ultimately subpar. Our gopher problem was never solved, and on the fourth visit to our property the tech was a no call no-show. I did not receive any replies after several attempts to contact the business over the course of three weeks; we were effectively ghosted and very disappointed. I contacted our original referral source and they were not aware of any reasons that would have impacted a call, text, or email reply (I asked because I know and understand that life happens.) Understandably, our referral source was embarrassed by the experience.

This company saved my Bend OR ranch from a skunk assault. Our dogs were sprayed and we observed what looked like more than one skunk rambling around the property, and living under our chicken coop. Called Aspen Wildlife and they sent Sean out. We've caught 5 of the furry little stink-cannons so far over three nights of trapping. They trap them alive, and then relocate them to a reservoir area a few miles away so that they can live out their lives without horrifically violating my dogs and cats. This is a great company, that safely and humanely handles this very tough job. I've been nothing but impressed with everyone I've worked with , from first contact through skunk relocation. Especially Sean (The Skunk Guy) who is really good at his job, and knows how to get into a skunk's head to see what motivates him (or her) to jump into a live-trap. Worth every cent of what this costs, and the company is terrific to work with. Aspen Wildlife has my very highest recommendation for quality of work, and great service attitude.
