I was suppose to have my dog in for a very important surgery, I requested her records so I could see if I could get her somewhere else sooner and they canceled my appointment without telling me or me requesting it. Now, 3 months later, I call to confirm my dogs surgery and they cancelled it without telling me. I do not recommend this place at all. I have waited all of this time to get tumors removed and they cancelled my appointment. I have spent so much money at this place with 3 of my dogs and this is the thanks I get.

Dr. Krautkramer and her staff are the best! They are always attentive and caring to my pets and go above and beyond to make them comfortable during appointments. As a family with many animals it is so nice to have a vet to trust with all of their care.

My poor dog ripped his entire toenail off and was bleeding heavily. I called every emergency vet in the area only to be told they were full. My last call was the Animal Hospital at Hillshore. They stayed late to help my poor pup out. The staff was truly amazing!! I can’t thank them enough. Just exceptional people and service!!
