I have a very reactive Blue Heeler who has been under the care and training of a behaviorist. My dog requires a bark collar to keep her from becoming elevated and keeping her in a more neutral state. Without the collar she gets to a level where if she sees anything move she screams, barks, foams at the mouth and she cannot bring herself out of that reactive state. I walk into the clinic with her collar on, she barked twice, the collar buzzed (not shock) and the girl (purple hair with shaved sides) at the front desk lost it! She yelled at me told me how cruel I was, that my trainer was someone off the street, what we’re doing inhumane, I need to get a certified vet trainer, how I’m going to ruin my dog emotionally and she’s never going to recover…she was furious! She made me turn the collar off and took her away abruptly. She made the decision what was best for my dog…MY DOG! I heard my puppy screaming and barking hysterically in her crate…getting to a place of elevation we have worked so hard for her not to get to. After about 10 min I asked her if I could go try to soothe her, she said all you’re going to do is elevate her even more, so absoutly not!!! Fyi, I do not elevate my dog, she just assumed I do. I never asked for this girls opinion or advice. She was very upset and had such a horrible attitude because she didn’t agree how we are training MY dog. After that she had an attitude with me. The trainer I use is not someone off the street…she’s very well respected and her dogs are National champions in obedience. But this front desk girl has unraveled all the training we’ve accomplished, and my dog has been screaming in the crate non stop for over 30 min We are never coming back!

Can't believe they called in me and my emotional support dog saying they believe I neglected her and she underweight she is well loved and cared for idk why this place lied her vet she normally sees was booked so they told me about this place so I wanted my dog to get better but the made is worse in me and my dog really and I knew they was all acting weird when I picked my dog up l from them my dog been sick she been throwing up not eating so if whst they say is true she has Provo she probably lost a lil wieight if that the case they should know there job dogs with Provo don't eat much and they throw up like ya just wanted my Dog this is a very sick vet the cops came they know me very well and my dog they came in checked her live in area her food was definitely a high brand het toys l her snacks ya playing with my dog like it's not my just my dog she one of my child's I'm glad ya not my for real vet ya just wanted my dog sorry they be calling ya minday bck the police with a great update they knew that wasn't my real address I knew they was up to something I work for 911 they know me very well 😜 good luck on ur bet ya need needs bere and assistant have a great week ladies clean up ya place to that ver makes all that money and the only only bet I ever been to that looks like that inside take care ur shop u get all this money from us happy Sunday ima pray for u all

I love how they really care about the animals and how they treat them...They are good to we owners also, Very helpful... They listen to your questions, take the time to explain things to you, and they respect your opinions...I am so glad I found Underdog Veterinary Services...I plan on going to them for as long as I have animals and can get them there...The care they give and their reasonable cost for those cares is so appreciated...Being in a fixed income I never really took my animals to the vet unless it was something I couldn't take care of at home, because of the cost...I don't mind going to UVS and paying for their fantastic service...My Dream is to one day buy a lotto ticket win big $$$ and help Underdog Veterinary Services a beautiful bigger clinic with a nice parking lot, so that they can continue to help people with lower incomes great care for their fur be kids...Thank you for all you do , for my fur kids...!!!

Super duper with a cat claw and Cutaneous horn clipping services! They actually knew what I was talking about with my fur baby and do it in 10 minutes for $20! Their prices went up on March 1st, but still a great deal compared to corporate care places. Also they will be moving to New office on Pflaum Rd this summer.
