Very busy, efficiently run. Desi loves it - evidenced by his tail wagging each time he visits. It’s one of those “everybody knows your name” places, at least that is what Desi tells me. Plus their treatment and care for our fur babies is wonderful.

What a great Vet practice. They know that pets can need to be seen right away and try to allow for that in their schedule. This means so much to us , because one of our cats was coughing and needed to be seen. The office is so nice , we really like Toni, the receptionist, the vet tech and Dr. Weller.

Lewis Animal Hospital and Dr. Keller were responsible for killing our 9 month old Labrador. Ernie ate a toy and had to have it removed. We had a complete and abhorrent lack of care. The receptionist was rude and just kept saying to send pictures of his incision. We had 0 follow up after the surgery. When they finally did see him 5 days later- Dr. Keller didn’t even look at the leaking incision. He just said to bandage it. The following day we called again. The receptionist was rude and said Dr. Polansky was with a patient and would call us after. He never called. We ended up at the emergency vet where they told us Ernie had been septic for days. His organs were shutting down. Major surgery- zero communication after. Zero follow up after. Dead puppy. I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did. We have filed a complaint with the Vet Board and it was found to have cause.

Excellent service! They got my cat, Hagrid in immediately for a potential UTI. The Dr and the assistant were extremely knowledgeable!

Our animals became patients of the practice - primarily Dr. Larry Keller - about a year ago. We have two cats and a senior dog. We were always able to get appointments and discuss concerns and treatment options. Not only did they take wonderful care of our pets, they look out for homeless pets in the community, too. We are relocating out of state and hope we will find a practice with similarly compassionate people.

My dog was very frightened by the vets office but they were so kind and took time to make her + I feel comfortable! The doctor thoroughly answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease! The prices are very reasonable! They have great hospitality and genuinely care about you + your pet. 😊
