In May, I found my adorable cocker spaniel puppy at Animal House after weeks of searching. When I called, I was thrilled to learn that they had just received two cocker spaniels. Without hesitation, I rushed to Animal House to meet the puppies. After spending some time playing with them, my husband and I chose our little bundle of joy. However, since he had only been there for an hour, I had to leave him overnight for a vet check-up. On the first day with our new puppy, he was sleepy but seemed happy. Unfortunately, he started coughing, so we took him to the vet. It turned out he had an upper respiratory infection, which we thought we had caught in time. The vet prescribed medication, but his condition worsened. The next day, we returned to the vet and received the devastating news that he had pneumonia. The vet recommended 8-10 days of IV treatment, with frequent visits to the clinic. Throughout this challenging time, Mike from Animal House showed incredible empathy and kindness. He constantly checked in on our little pup through text messages. In addition to his support, Animal House covered the entire cost of the treatment. I am immensely grateful to Mike and the entire staff at Animal House for their care and generosity. Their dedication and compassion have made a world of difference for our furry family member.

I had recently lost my dog which I had for 15 years. Myself and my other dog were both sad and lonely. My niece shared her good experiences with Animal House and we went. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also gave us space and time to choose. But they were available to answer any questions. We love our new "Teddy Bear"

Our family adopted Daisy on 5/7/23. She is the BEST addition to our family. She is full of personality and just a joy to have. She has made our family complete. Animal House helped us with any and all questions we had. Which were quite a few … I am so happy we found Daisy through them and highly recommend Animal House for any or all of your pet needs. My adult Daughter recommended them to me. So two happy repeated customers here. We also use their grooming services they are fantastic as well.

Absolutely love this place! We got our Lainey girl from them last March and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is perfectly healthy and they had all of her records ready when we met her. She has the cutest little mow-hawk between her eyes and apparently all her brothers and sisters do too. The owner was so nice and so helpful. We already had an older golden and wanted to get her a friend to help keep her young. They were a perfect match! Thank you so much Animal House for helping us gain a new family member!

Great experience! Parking is a little janky, but that's no big deal! Puppies were happy and well taken care of, as well as the other animals! Staff was knowledgeable and ready to help and there were soooo many goodies to buy! They let me play with all the puppies I was interested in, in a playpen in the back. It was awesome!! Personable people, clean store and stocked to the brim! After my puppy adoption, they put a pink tie on him!! And every adoption pic goes on their social media, which I think is super cute!! Big fan of this place and I suggest everyone with a pet, or looking for one, to visit!!!

Animal House is an amazing place to get your pets. I recently got a cat and a puppy (4 days apart). They were friendly, knowledgeable, & caring. All the animals looked well cared for and loved. I got a cat for my granddaughter and it was checked out by my vet with a clean bill of health, I knew it would. Four days later (I visited everyday in that 4 days) I brought home my puppy! A spunky little Maltese! I never thought I would be able to get one of these beautiful dogs as a puppy. Animal House made it possible and did not charge an arm and a leg, the cost was below any where I have checked prior to stumbling on Animal House. THANK YOU ANIMAL HOUSE!!
