Description We are a nonprofit, low-cost spay/neuter and wellness clinic for cats and dogs. Our mission is ending the euthanasia of cats and dogs in local shelters and keeping pets in their loving homes by providing professional and affordable spay/neuter and wellness services. We provide FREE spay/neuter surgery and vaccines for outdoor community cats brought in humane traps that are going back outside and they will get an ear-tip so people can tell from a distance they have been sterilized and vaccinated. You can schedule appointments on our website.

Busy, but efficient. Why pay more for vaccines? I love our veterinarian. The Plum St Pet Clinic is the absolute best! But vaccines are the same wherever you get them so might as well come here. The Spay and Neuter Clinic at UCAN is an excellent value as well. All the people here that I've met have been kind, helpful and good with animals. We've brought dogs and cats. Always a good experience.

Tremendously helpful staff here. I felt highly favored by them although I'm an out-of-towner. The kindness and generosity shown to the ten (10!) community cats I took there? I consider it unmatched! Period‼️

Today 9-20-24 was our first visit. I was greeted with great customer service. It was very clean, My wait time was less than 7 mins. My dog Coco needed her shot's updated. This was a very affordable place, I've been going to the same vet for 8 years and have paid over 600.00 dollars each year . Today I was pleasantly surprised at my total under 50.00 dollars for 3 shots . They had affordable toys that you could purchase. Thank you everyone, you have gained new friends.

We just took two cats down a week ago. We took the mama cat down to have her spayed and one of her babies from the last litter to have him neutered. Upon the return of the animals have been puking nonstop for days, and unable to breathe where they are laboring very hard to breathe. I just woke up at 2:30 AM to the cat in our hallway puking up blood with blood coming out of her nose. They have been in complete agony since the day we got them out of the Facility. So back up a few days, my mother and I took the mama cat back down there because of the complication she was having after being neutered. They did a brief look over and said it was not post surgery related, but they gave her apparently like four shots and fluid which they only had her back there for less than nine minutes, so how they were able to get the veterinarian to look at her make it determination and then supposedly give her four or five shots with that amount of time. I’m not quite sure. I know that lots of animals and cats at different facilities and when they come home, we have never had an experience like this. My animals are suffering and I’m worried they may end up dying, so I’m trying to make it through the rest of this morning until a regular veterinarian opens and we can get them In somewhere. I also am going to try to be contacting the necessary people to begin some type of investigation to see what the conditions are and the treatment these animals are actually receiving as well as verifying the licensing and education and that these people are in fact, certified veterinarians or tech or whatever positions are performing These medical procedures on our animals are qualified and legally abiding by state law. I am going to try to contact them in the morning and see if they have a possible answer or willing to allow us to take them to another vet and they will pay the bill or I’m also thinking about contacting channel 5 channel 9 and 12 news and all of you other people that have had the same negative experiences please reach out to me on my email and let me know and maybe we can get a group settlement or something going. I’m not the type of person to typically go online and right negative reviews I tried to give them benefit of the doubt as I said they were providing a service at no cost initially, but ultimately it seems like my animals may pay the price with their lives and I will not accept, and they will ultimately bare the consequences, if it is determined that there has been malice for wrongdoing on their part.

Mom dog and 2 puppies had the experience of being spayed / neutered with the helpful and friendly vets, techs , assistants. What a great place and how great to help control the overpopulation of pets. This was an accidental litter of course but no more accidents. What a great place. I saw over 50 cats in crates and live traps. People are trying to do their part ❤️ these babies will live healthier, longer lives. Thanks Ucan
