Excellent service! They are upfront and frank about EXACTLY what anything is going to cost. They are understanding about budgets. They are never judgemental. I have a 16 year old dog and I never feel preassured to do extra services. My dogs love seeing them and never have issues when they visit. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a pet you care about. They are very respectful and kind hearted when dealing with tough choices. We received a package a short while after losing our dog. Inside was a tuft of his fur and a print of his paw with a kind card from the staff.
