They are so kind to my pet and to myself. prices are reasonable given prices are insane for vet visits, but I love them. No one likes going to the vet but it's pretty welcoming. highly recommended when your animal partner needs help.

VCA College Hill has been great about meeting our puppies needs over this past year. Dr. Krendel was beyond kind and we looked forward to our visits with her. However, we were disappointed today when we did not know that our older dog's dental procedure was going to be much higher cost than we expected, which was fine and the staff was fine with us saying we wanted to come back at a later time. However, a staff member proceeded to say very loud to another staff that we were cancelling due to payment reasons for everyone in the lobby to hear. We have been paying our bills on time for over a year and purchased the puppy plan you suggested, there was no reason for this disrespect to regular paying customers just because we needed a little time to save up for a very large expense. We hope to come back but hope the professionalism in the lobby will improve.

VCA College Hill has literally saved our dog’s life multiple times. She tends to eat things and the team here is amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to give the best care to our pup. They always explain what our options are and outline what they recommend. So thankful for everyone here and the knowledge and expertise they bring!

I brought my cat, Mia, here recently after adopting her at AFHS and we love it already! Everyone was very kind while scheduling, checking in and during the visit. The staff were easy to talk to, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get a next day appointment that aligned with my schedule. The facility was clean, smelled great and scheduling was easy. Dr. Krendl is the best!

No help at all. They scheduled my appointment 10 minutes after I made my appointment for my dog and expected for me to make the appointment. So I didn't get my dog's foot check. I called two different VCA talking bout no doctors available to see Diana foot it's been bleeding since last night. No help at all!
