They always are able to fit us in and take great care of our pup Watson! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

All staff showed a great deal of care and concern for my pup. I just moved to the area and had some concerns that I wanted to get my pup seen quickly for, they were able to help. I had another vet lined up, closer to home, but couldn't be seen for a few weeks out. After my experience here I will continue his care with Dr Ospedale and will gladly drive the extra distance. She made sure I understood her recommendations and had staff follow up to double check. Very happy I found this clinic!

My family used college road animal hospital on one of our pets for their updates, so when one of our household pets were sick the thought process was to resort to using them for our sick pet as well. They managed to get us in for an appointment. Usually veterinary hospitals will not fit you in if it is an emergency so that was nice. When we arrived there was a long wait time and there was also a long wait time in the office. Which is a normal thing in a vets office, but shouldn’t be present in an active emergency. According to the triage system active bleeding is considered an urgent emergency. In an emergency according to state regulations should be seen as a priority. My dog was lethargic and couldn’t control her stool and was actively bleeding pints of straight blood out of her behind. She was only five pounds, and she was 20 years old and was already considered an at risk patient. She was tested for parvo which is most susceptible to puppies that are exposed to the virus from other dogs, which she isn’t around other dogs. A urinalysis was conducted which was to support their theory of her testing positive for pancreatitis which was also inconclusive. When they asked for information about the dog no information was relayed to the veterinarian which if it was could have saved us more time in the long run and maybe even saved my dog. We spent close to 700 dollars, given six different medications most of which we didn’t get to use before she died about eight hours after the vet appointment. The veterinarian noticed she was hemorrhaging profusely and still made it clear she did not believe it was an emergency and there was no need for her to stay overnight and that she would likely survive. Due to the services and time put into my dog's appointment, I understand not being refunded for their services, but a cremation on the house would have been well justified. Needless to say if you are in an emergency with your pet, stick to the emergency vet, for this office I would stick to just updates, and checkups. Nothing that requires a restricted amount of time.

I absolutely love this place! Dr. Ospedale is so wonderful and they take such great care with my 2 dogs! I live in leland so it's a drive to get there but it is definitely worth it for the excellent care my babies get!

First time here with my sick cat, they worked hard to get us in as no where else in town had any appts soon. The staff there were so kind and compassionate. They truly care about your animal. Tech and vet explained everything so well! I will most definitely be back with my other cat.

Our regular Vet was on leave so we called on College road animal hospital to treat our Boxer dog Tank who I suspect tangled with a possum and had several abrasions that we were worried would get infected. Dr. Brown saw him and took great care of our Tank on short notice. The staff were also attentive and I am grateful that our Tank was able to be seen and treated in a timely manner.
