I was welcomed and treated like royalty upon arriving for an emergency walk in visit with an out of town pet. Rebel is a 9 month old German Shepherd. He presented with a limp and inability to place weight on his back left leg. The receptionist was cheery and helpful as I had no records on hand. She remedied that situation and allowed me to calmly get introduced to the animal hospital. Rebel was promptly seen by Dr. Arynn O’Kane. She was on track immediately, shared her knowledge, proceeded with X-ray and shared her findings with terminology that was easy to understand. In little time we were given a diagnosis. Amanda then joined us with Rebel in hand and proceeded to explain the home care information to best assist his recovery. I can’t say enough good about this practice. Quality care with a smile!

I brought my cat Kitty here for a second opinion and it was the best decision I could have made. They were always accommodating and supportive of my decisions when she was diagnosed with a mammary tumor. Very detailed on everything and genuinely cared for my fur baby. From the girls at the front to the techs and veterinarians—they all hold a special place in my heart now! Thanks for all y’all do!

Excellent care from everyone .Don’t want to name names because I don’t want to leave anyone out. My sweet cat Poncho and I have no complaints. I really appreciate being seen at a moments notice. They understand our pets are family and we love them.

I brought my puppy there after a recommendation from my actual vet who does not offer x-ray. My vets office had called and said that I was coming there for an x-ray after waiting about 35 minutes when the waiting room was empty, the parking lot was empty, the vet came in and went over the “options “with me and then left the room for me to Decide. I declined two of the “options “the Vet came back in the office to belittle me I wound up just paying for an office visit and declining all their medical recommendations as my regular vet can give me all of the things just could not perform an x-ray I’ll give a one star regardless, because the receptionist was really sweet

HRAH is awesome. I’ve been a dog owner my whole life and have yet to find a vet that is as caring, professional, friendly, and fun as this team. Whether it’s health checks and shots for your new puppy or assistance in helping you old furry family member cross the rainbow bridge with dignity and compassion (this team has guided me through both) HRAH is amazing.
