Dr. Richmond is amazing! She saved my Stormy's life! Stormy had not been herself and had abnormal discharge, she ended up having Pyrometra. Once they opened her up to resolve that, she also found a mass in her stomach that ended up being a hairball the size of a baseball! Which could have caused an obstruction, so she removed it as well. Which is awesome! I'm so thankful she checked that as well. She also has a great personality and that helped me feel better about leaving my girl for the first time in 9 years I was away from her! Everyone was very nice and within a few hours of leaving my girl, Dr. Richmond was letting me know Stormy made it through surgery, she kept me updated on her condition as well. It is a very clean facility, the staff are all very nice and helpful as well! Definitely recommend! Stormy and I say thank you all so much for everything ❤️

I really can't say enough nice things about the folks at Animal Emergency Trauma Hospital. Caring, Kind, Concerned, knowledgeable, the place is a buffet of good from top to bottom. We had to take our cat there for an ultrasound. Quick and easy and the prices are reasonable as well. Check out their webpage or their link on Google Maps for a listing of all there services. People come from all over the state of NC and SC.

Very professional and caring! Middle of the night visit that ended with an eye removal.. my pup is feeling soooo much better and getting back to his self. Drove 1.5 hours to get here and I’m so glad I did vs going to Myrtle beach which was half the time. Would do it again in a heartbeat. I never felt like we were a bother in any way. So very appreciative of you all. We are on the mend and looking forward to many more happy memories… with our 1 eyed bandit lol

I had an emergency with my cat and came to this location. I was already an emotional wreck but Sofia had the calming energy that made me feel less worried about Leo. He was taken to the back right away and after a few minutes, Lauren came to us with good news that Leo had a urinary tract infection and was nothing life threatening. We waited patiently to speak with the Dr Toombs. The Dr assured us that with the medications, Leo would be fine. Although the tech that came in the room to ask about medication made us a little uncomfortable, the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. They saved Leo.

Brought my dog here, due to many health issues. It was time for her to go unfortunately. The staff was so sweet and nice, very helpful. The procedure went smoothly, and they all listened to what I had to say and agreed with me when I brought up my concerns. Took great care of my dog. Patient with her, and made sure everyone there was comfortable and went step by step on everything. Made sure everything was correct. And also made sure we were all on the same page. 10/10 great place.

I appreciate these people so much. My dog likes to specifically eat things he cannot digest and this animal hospital has saved his life twice. And yeah it’s pricey as hell, but what emergency services aren’t expensive. Worth every penny for my little man.
