Service suck didn’t even try to even take a look at my dog. I am talking about the clinic right next to the pizzeria on Avenue L. my old Clinic was in Mill basin. They took a look at my dog for free and told me what to do and he was good to go after that. I moved and I started to go to the clinic on Avenue L right next-door to the pizzeria I will never go there again. Have to find another clinic for my dog…

Beautiuful Grenada

My dog Oscar is 13-years-old. Two days ago I noticed that Oscar was using his paw to scratch his ears. Late last night I notice that his ear were bleeding. I called today to ask for an appointment for him from Animal Medicine and Surgery Clinic, where Oscar has been going for years. The reception/Christine informed me that I can't get an appointment for Oscar. I explained to her that Oscar's ears were bleeding, and requested that i speak to the veterinarian so that he could tell me how to help Oscar until I see him tomorrow. "No! You can't speak to the doctor. He is in a meeting right now and he won't be able to speak to you." I asked, Do you know what I can do to help my dog. I can't stand that he is in such pain that he is scratching his ear till it bleed. "Nothing! You do nothing until you see the doctor." I said, But Mam, my dog is in pain and I need help for him. "You can't talk to the doctor and we can't see Oscar today. I will see you tomorrow." We won't be going back! Follow up: I am sorry to report that I had to put Oscar to sleep 😥😥😥😥. Unfortunately, the reason for all his hurting was loads of lumps in his ears. The lumps prevented him from hearing, became filled with pus, which started bleeding 🩸, the vet was concerned with cancer in his ears. So, reluctantly, and tearfully, to end his suffering, I had to put him to sleep. RIP Oscar!

I don’t know where to start. My dog was hit by a car a couple of weeks ago and suffered a really bad fractured leg ,and I didn’t know where to turn a lot of places are in this business for the money not for the love of the animal. When I called and spoke with the office assistant her voice and concern lead me to their office and I’m forever grateful for the surgeon and staff. They have my Klay looking brand new. I’m forever appreciative of the staff a great environment and caring team. Thank you again guys

Animal medicine and surgery was very professional veterinarian He took care of our pet mio very well like.he was his own cat.my cat Mio had a fever and not feeling good not eating or drinking water since the medication he's coming out of hiding is cleaning himself and he's eating and drinking water very good veterinarian office to go to the veterinarian, medical assistant,and the nurse took care of our pet very well I would recommend animal medicine and surgery to all who own pets😊have a blessed day
