This vet clinic is abhorrently unsanitary. Dried urine on the floor, exam table in the exam room was littered up in fur from a previous animal patient, and the walls and ceiling had apparent water damage as there was brown staining (a codes enforcement violation). I brought my dog for an initial encounter to establish a patient-doctor relationship, and the vet attempted to perform an oral exam on my dog. I had to quickly and politely ask her to wash her hands, and she thought it was because of COVID guidelines. Actually, if you work with other animals in physical proximity you better wash your hands before touching my dog's mouth, like any physician must do. Needless to say, I never returned. I would recommend anyone to highly consider avoiding this clinic and to go elsewhere.

I needed to take my snake (ball python) to the vet last minute, but we weren't established at an exotics vet yet since we had recently moved. They got us in the books within a couple of days and I was so relieved! Dr. Sarah was amazing. She and the rest of the staff were helpful and very knowledgeable, not to mention so sweet! This was also the first time I saw an exotics vet offer a heating pad to make him comfortable during his exam, which was wonderful to see. I walked away confidently understanding how to administer medication to my snake and he has totally been on the mend ever since! We are definitley thinking about establishing our husky and cat here with them in the future. Thank you, team!!! Casper and I are very thankful! 🐍😁❤️

Started boarding my dogs here last year. Was great at first, just a little pricey. Then they raised the prices to over $50 a night per pet. That wasn’t the biggest problem. I boarded for 3 nights when I went to pick up my yorkie silky was wet. I assumed she had been outside in grass. I quickly realized it wasn’t water, she was covered in urine and stunk. I don’t expect them to be perfectly clean but I do expect not to be covered in urine, especially for that cost. Find somewhere else that cares about all animals.

Dr. Richie Burdeaux took amazing care of Handsome the Rooster. After a run in with a dog my little guy had almost lost his head. Dr. Burdeaux was able to examine, tend the wounds and prescribe some helpful meds. Handsome was crowing again in less than 24 hours!

Dr Sarah and the team at Lange are awesome! They are so compassionate and gentle with their patients. I travel over two hours to appointments because I trust them to provide the care my animals deserve.

I took my senior cat here for about a year. I really only had a good experience with one of the vets. My baby took a turn for the worst and we brought him in and were kinda brushed off. I ended up taking him to the emergency clinic down the road only to find out there was no option for recovery. My cat was in active kidney and heart failure and was in rough shape. We had to say goodbye. One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I got an email a few days later from Lange asking why I cancelled the follow up appointment, I replied to Lange to let them know what happened and they didn’t even email me back. After a year it was kinda a slap in the face. Really seems they only care about money.
