We live an hour away and do not have an emergency clinic. This was our first visit there and they were wonderful. The staff was kind and caring to me and my pup. They took the time to show me how to apply his meds and he is recovering nicely.

Our cat was suddenly having difficulty walking and crying in pain. We called and they said to bring her in. We were greeted with a friendly, caring person at the check in window. The tech immediately took our cat back. They quickly assessed her, diagnosed her and treated her. We were in & out in 40 minutes! Yes, 40 minutes! Super efficient, caring, kind and a fair price for emergency animal services. Hopefully we will not have another emergency, but if so, we will definitely return to this clinic without hesitation

My Dalmatian started having cluster seizures out of no where on a sunday. I only had a small budget due to it being the end of the week. This clinic worked with me and designed a care plan to get my dog thru the night until i could get to my primary vet. They worked within my budget and did everything they could to help me and my dog. The vet was very open and honest and kind. She laid out a treatment plan and we talked about where my money would best be spent for the situation at hand. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re experiencing an emergency.

Took my dog in after she decided to eat her head and had symptoms of a blockage, they were able to see us immediately and were very professional. Once they figured out what was going on they offered multiple solutions, we opted for the one we thought would be in our dogs best interest. After almost 10 hours of her being there the blockage was able to be passed. When we went in to pay, the amount was cheaper then we thought it would be, come to find out they didn’t need to do some of the approved procedures and were honest enough to let us know. I will be bringing all of my animals here when my normal vet is closed.

We called ahead to let them know that we were bring in our toy Australian Shepherd, who was suddenly unable to use her legs. As soon as we arrived, they knew who we were and took our pup right back for evaluation and within a few minutes, we were in a room. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes before the vet came in. She explained everything very thoroughly. ALL of the staff was very kind and accommodating. We’ll definitely be going back there if we ever have a pet emergency again!

All the staff at KPEC are amazing, kind, and compassionate. We were camping in Pigeon Forge and had an emergency with our dog. We ended up at KPEC, where they treated our dog for his seizures with exceptional care. They gave us some meds to take with us since we were heading home that day. As soon as we got back to our site, he started seizing again, so it was back to KPEC. Sadly, our day boy did not end up responding to treatment the way we anticipated and resulted in our having to help him cross over. We were not charged an additional fee for our second visit, and they gave us all the time we needed. They treated our Rocket with so much love and respect. They even packed him up extra well so we could bring him home with us to bury. Thank you all for making our difficult time a little easier.
