I’m so glad I took my dog here when he was sick, the staff at VEG were so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We were there over the better part of 2 days, and I was able to be with my dog for 98% of that time. That kind of access at a vet is rare, and invaluable. The staff was also very generous during that time and constantly offering to get us water, snacks, etc, which was very much appreciated. We were able to diagnose the root cause of his gastrointestinal issues and get him seamlessly transferred to a hospital right away for surgery. He is now home and recovering :)

I had to bring my puppy in tonight last minute, and I’m so glad I found VEG. He’s a rescue and is still learning to trust/be comfortable around other dogs/people. At VEG, you’re able to go in the back room with your pet while they are getting tests done, which made a huge difference at keeping my dog calm tonight. Everyone was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I hope I don’t *need* to come back soon due to an emergency, but absolutely will if another comes up. Thank you all for being so wonderful to my boy!

We cannot say enough nice things about the staff here and are so grateful for their care for our girl and us yesterday. Our dog, Ruby, was expecting puppies and while many hours into laboring started vomiting uncontrollably and shaking. We took her to an emergency vet in the area after calling ahead that dismissed our concerns and treated us horribly. We were so thankful to find Veterinary Emergency Group. The treatment was night and day from our other experience. The team listened to us with empathy, put together a comprehensive action plan that addressed all our needs and anxieties, and jumped into action. We had a doctor who was prepping for surgery and still came to do an evaluation so our girl wasn’t waiting. Dr. Chandler took things from there and she was a dream, smart as a whip and made us feel consulted with and supported. We had nurses (especially Avi) who were constantly checking on our girl and were so gentle and efficient to keep her anxiety levels in check. And our girl ended up having her puppies there once she was stabilized and the whole staff celebrated with us as each one came out. And we had other employees stopping in randomly to drop more blankets/supplies to make our girl comfy. Dee at the front desk was so lovely and warm and capable — she didn’t miss a beat when I first came in and then found our missing puppy when our mama was feeling stressed about leaving and hid it on the way out. I cannot imagine a way to have made our experience better, the team here is incredible. You are in such great hands here!

Could not recommend VEG enough. Everyone there is so kind and truly cares for their patients. My dog needed overnight fluids for an inflamed gut, they had test results for us very quickly, they were able to make him feel comfortable while he healed, I had great confidence they would take great care of my dog when I went home to sleep. Two days later my dog feels much better! Thank you VEG team!

The staff and service here went above and beyond- my dog Beau received top notch care immediately and is doing much better after a severe case of pancreatitis. While we hope we never experience this again, we will now have a place we can trust to bring our baby should any emergency happen. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Every staff member I met was attentive, compassionate, and thorough with insuring my pets care. My senior cat, Spanky, was rapidly declining this morning so I brought him in to VEG after being recommended by our primary vet to seek immediate treatment. They saw us quickly, treated us with kindness, and kept me updated promptly with lab results, treatments they were planning to do, and the costs of their services. Although every staff member was kind and helpful, Dr. K and Gina particularly went above and beyond to not only keep my pet happy but to keep me calm and positive as well. They both did a wonderful job explaining in depth the issues with my pet and what they needed to do in order to get him feeling as good as gold again. Additionally, since I was there for a couple hours they also offered snacks, coffee, and water periodically to me, as well as gave my cat a charcuterie board of wet food to try and get his spirits back up. Thankfully, he perked up by the end of the night and we were sent home. They even included some of the food he seemed to eat (and keep down!) in a little bag for me as well as potty pads incase he has an accident. Overall, I am so happy I came to this establishment and can 100% say that I have never been to a more attentive and welcoming vets office before. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped Spanky and I today. You guys are truly the best!
