I have been taking my pets to Greenfield Vet for ~ 20 years Have had wonderful experiences with each visit . They are so professional and very compassionate . I recently switched vets and came across Greenfield through a Google search. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here with both the staff and doctors. All three times I have been here the doctors have THOROUGHLY checked my German Shepherd, and they actually EXPLAIN to me what they are doing, why, and how I can do it at home. They spend quality time with you and your pet. My dog is six, and Greenfield is the only place that has given him a full joint examination as part of a regular check up. Today Dr. Artz taught me how to properly clean my dog’s ears. Again, thank you so much to the doctors and staff because it is evident they care, and you and your pet aren’t just a number to them!

The staff at Greenfield Vet was always very kind. However there were a few very frustrating lapses in communication that made my cat suffer more than he had to. If you are requesting or being prescribed meds for your pet, make sure you are diligent in asking questions about them and also making sure everyone is on the same page at checkout- that if you discussed something in the consult, it happened and nothing else is needed from you. Dr. Winnie is extremely caring and compassionate and will take time to thoroughly explain, but as with any care provider it’s never a terrible idea to get a second opinion. Follow your gut. Some of the medical advice we received here was outdated by many vets standards and if we got a second opinion my cat might have had a better outcome. But maybe not. It seemed like the veterinarians and staff had too much going on and often information would slip through the cracks. I was overall happy with Greenfield Vet for the years I took my cat there, but I would look elsewhere now.

incredible staff and incredible service for a VERY reasonable price. they managed to fit me in same day because i was worried about my cat’s eye and im fairly certain someone gave up their break to squeeze me in at 3 on an otherwise completely booked day. once i arrived i was greeted by a wonderful and friendly receptionist who brought me to my room where i met the doctor (whose name i’m struggling to remember) who was caring, funny and generally just wonderful. thank you guys so much! cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

My cats have been boarding there 2 days, I’m still 1200 miles away on a trip, and I couldn’t help but go ahead and write this review. They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. Incredible people, and I’ll be switching them over to this clinic for their primary vet needs when I get home.

My dog had a sudden lump on her backend. I called the office 3x in an hour with no answer. I sent an email to get her in and 6 days later have still not heard back. They are extremely hard to get a hold of and in an emergency are unreliable. I found a Vet that was able to get me in next day and when my dog had a complication they were able to get me in again with one day again. Vet was friendly, but they are just to hard to get a hold of. Also, the last time I was there in person, I was put in the room where pet's are cremated (lots of lost animal signs everywhere) and it made me feel very uneasy.
