We received a call from Sierra after inquiring about a puppy. When my family and I came in to meet the puppy, Carrie greeted us kindly at the register and told us that Sierra would be helping us. Sierra assisted us very well! She was professional, kind and resourceful! She had so much knowledge about the puppy we were seeing! The entire experience was so pleasant we purchased the puppy the same day! We even got to meet the owner, Bill, who was phenomenal with our daughter showing her hamsters!
