So Far - things have been good during the administrative process as I prepare to get my Cat a new Vet after more than 10 years! I have done my research and I have done the required paperwork and now I am preparing for her first visit on May 14th. My cat is older and she is not in the best of health and we just really need a loving and caring veterinarian environment. STAY TUNED!

The staff are incredibly caring and compassionate. My sweet kitty gets hugs and love the whole time she is there making her so comfortable, and making me (an anxious mess) comfortable as well. My cat has asthma and has been in Dr. Schroths care for 2-3 years and I have complete trust in her. She keeps my cat healthy and my concerns (lots of them) are always addressed in detail. I couldn't recommend a better Vet!

Dr. Mathias, Jordan, and their team went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me travel with my cat overseas during COVID-19. Jordan took care of all the logistics so I didn't have to. Dr. Mathias handled Bayleef in the most gentle and compassionate way, and was very communicative during all the visits. My pet arrived in another country with no hiccups and had a smooth transition. Point Breeze Vet clinic is nothing but the best and most professional provider my pet and I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Finnerty with my cat, Rambo. All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, from the receptionist to the techs. Due to some difficult circumstances, I had been unable to bring him to a vet in 2 years, and I was worried I would get a negative response. I did not, and everyone was compassionate, kind, and not judgmental in the least, which I’m incredibly thankful for. The facilities were clean and designed with cats in mind, and between that and the calm demeanor of the staff, my boy was calm them entire time. The vet explained things to me clearly, and was very helpful about finding a cost effective plan for his blood work. All in all, this was a very calm and comforting clinic, I’m really happy with how the appointment went, and will definitely be returning and using them as Rambo’s primary vets (Also! The aquarium in the office is really well cared for. As someone who has reptiles and invertebrates, it really puts me at ease to see non-mammals being cared for so well. I’ve seen vets with fish in tiny bowls on the reception counter, so having the knowledge that they take animal husbandry seriously is a really good impression when first entering!)

I came to Point Breeze Vet on the recommendation of my PI. They are the best here. Scheduling appointments and corresponding via email to ask any questions has always been easy, prompt, and helpful. We have had a great experience with both of the vets we have seen here. My puppy had a corneal abrasion, and they were able to take her the next morning, diagnose, and dispense medication extremely quickly. Definitely our vet for life and I try to recommend them to my first-time pet owning friends!!

I had good experience first visit and my dog had a vaccination . I made my dog’s next appointment because I was told he needs to another vaccination . However, my dog did not do well after first one . So I canceled by a phone a couple of days ago and explained I want give my dog a break Today I received text from them because I missed the appointment and I will be charged a fee. I called again but the reception was super rude. She asked me I do not want to give him vaccination anymore or I want to reschedule . So I started to explained to her why I need to give my dog a break but she made me stop to talk and hurry to hang up. The doctor was nice but the reception was not nice . The receptions works between patient and doctor . I think she needs to have better attitude as a professional .
