Big Easy is the best. I've had dogs for over 30 years and everything about Big Easy is fantastic. The Vets and Techs on the Hospital side then add in the Dog Daze Day Care Team you have a group of people who put the care of you pets at the absolute highest priority.

Had to get one of my boys in urgently to be seen. Their walk-in times were doable and their staff were quick. They were helpful in introducing me to CareCredit for expenses, and pushing through diagnostics. Even though I the end I made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to let my boy go, I did so with as much information and knowledge they could provide so that I could make the best educated decision possible. I will definitely return for my other cat's check-up in the future.

Great place to bring my dog for the day to play and get his energy out. The people here are great and always take care of my dog really well. I wish I could pop in on a camera to see how he's doing, but I understand why they chose to forego a live feed. I do wish that I could have my dog evaluated by a vet while I'm away since the timing of their availability doesn't play well with my schedule. This would be a great resource if they are open to the opportunity.

Great staff, very informal on everything. They allowed me to be with my dog every step of the way, so very transparent. I've been to all kinds of vets throughout the city, and they are hands down the best place I've visited since becoming a dog owner years ago!

I had my pup here today, 2/20/24 for some ongoing allergy issues. The doctor who examined my dog wasn't too pleasant. Not sure if it's because my dog was a pitbul or not but the way she treated her, that's never happened before for as long as ive been a customer with any of my pets i brought here. Telling my dog not to jump on you, and pushing her face away from you is unprofessional, you should consider a career change then. She's a 2 yo puppy, excited to see people, they do that. And I mentioned I wanted her nails cut 3x, once when I made the appt, amd twice in the the office amd nobody ever came to do it. Also said that my dog has serious allergy issues and put her on multiple medications, she's had this same kind of allergy last year and was put on one amntibiotic, not 6.
