I adopted Cider (formerly known as Gus) from this shelter. It was such an easy and straightforward process. She was very nice and able to accommodate the odd hours I was able to come in to meet the cats. Cider did have a URI when I adopted him which is common among shelter cats. She was very open about it and was able to provide vet paperwork. He has since improved tremendously and is doing very well. Cider has been a joy, he is very well socialized to people and other animals. Would 10000% adopt from her again. :)) Love my little guy

We had a wonderful experience adopting two new kittens to add to our family. Faon runs an amazing rescue. She answered all our questions promptly and ensured the whole process was easy. The kittens were already very well socialized because Faon has a great environment where the cats play and interact regularly with other cats and with people. They bonded very quickly with our existing cats. We definitely recommend Save Our Strays.

Faon was so great through this entire process. I inquired about a cat and she reached out to me immediately unlike other places that I had reached out to. I explained to her our situation of wanting a cat but also having a small dog and she was upfront and honest about who would be a good fit and who wouldn’t. She let us come bond with the cats and didn’t rush us at all. We ended up adopting two cats who have been a great fit for our family and we couldn’t be happier. I would for sure adopt from her again. My fiancé and I had been looking for a cat to adopt and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were able to visit the cats and let them choose us, which is how we ended up bringing home Jiffy 💕 If Jiffy ever needs a friend in the future (though he seems very pleased being spoiled all by himself), we’ll definitely come back here!!

Adopting my kitten from Faon was the best decision. He fits in so well. I have 2 sphynx sisters and they needed a brother. Faon made sure everything was provided for his care and he came already fixed and vetted. She answered all my questions and was so friendly in the process. You can tell she really cares about her cats and what she does.

Your future fur baby is here!! Faon was so genuine and chill to work with. She genuinely cares about her cats and knows what she is talking about! Our sweet Carl is so perfect and adapted so well to his new home, and part of that reason was for sure because of how he was cared for at Save Our Strays <3
