I have two cats that are constantly having issues. Dr. Tyler and the rest of the staff have always been SO helpful and caring to whatever I present them with. They really care about your pets like their own, I wouldn’t be comfortable going anywhere else!

The staff got me right in when I showed up the day after New Year's Day with a very sick kitty, even though I had never been there before! They were kind, understanding and non-judgmental. The vet was extra kind, parient and caring.

I have never gotten anything but the best of care for my dogs here. The doctors never remember me, but honestly, it doesn't matter because they take such great care of my dogs. The staff on the phone is always responsive and kind. They are great about answering questions and unlike some other vets in the area don't ALWAYS put me on hold when I call. They just... now, get yourself ready... answer when they can! It's amazing. ^_^ They staff appropriately so the phones are answered and there are appointments available. The rooms are clean and there are human and pet cookies in the lobby. They never make me feel bad when I have to go to the pet resource center to afford shots and always update my pets records afterward. They are easy to talk to and when I have questions, they will answer over the phone honestly, and not just tell me to come in for a visit when there's nothing they can do/nothing I should worry about. The bills are clear and itemized and when I've needed to look up their records in the past it's been easy. When my senior golden had been through a bad grooming experience and needed care for scrapes received by another groomer, they patched her up with love. Then, when I took her here to be groomed she was happy and looked good coming home. (Oddly, I've had issues with this in the past, either over brushing and scraping her sensitive skin, or giving her a bad cut and making her look weird. I assumed Goldens were a common breed but apparently not?) The only better grooming experience she ever had was at Disney World. It was hard to schedule/get in... and it was not cheap, but it was worth it to not have her pink skin showing through her fur after grooming. When it was time for her to go, the doctors sat and cried with me as she ate her last cheeseburger. After, they surprised me with a permanent paw print and a lovely condolence card. Both of my puppies that I have brought to them have been treated with care, they gave me lots of information and puppy welcome kits. My rescue was loved on and cooed over during all of her visits despite her breed being a "scary" one... and every time any of them were sick and in need of a doctor, I felt safe knowing they had a staff of great providers looking after them. Can't recommend this vet/groomer enough!

I accidentally called this office instead of the office my pets and I have been going to their whole lives. My dog was having an emergency Thursday night and was vomiting blood. I was denied service at the vet clinic we used before. I was told to get my sick pet in as soon as possible to be looked at and to have tests run, regardless of not having history with them. I was able to get to the clinic in minutes, there was a room available immediately and staff immediately was helping. Our dog had a very very serious pancreatic attack. They kept him for 3 days insuring the best of care was given. Dr. B is the most compassionate, warm, and caring vet I have experienced in a long time. I was allowed to come and sit with my pet as long as he was hospitalized whenever I wanted. I was allowed in the back to sit with him. He was in the best hands. My pet is back home and is acting almost all healed. It’s a long road with healing, but this vet office most likely saved my dogs life.

This hospital has great service and is very clean. It is always a pleasure to visit with the vets their and interact with their staff. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They really know to comfort and keep you informed every step of the way.

My dogs get very excited when I tell them we're going to go see Dr Tyler! Honestly, it doesn't matter who my bulldogs are seen by there, this group is awesome, very knowledgeable and very compassionate. We've sadly had to put down two dogs as well and they made this transition as smooth as possible! The ladies up front always know our dogs names when we come in...they love on them and the ladies in the back care just as much as the Drs do! We moved up North a year ago and this is the only vets office we tried...glad we did!!
