I'm incredibly grateful this was even an option! When my poor baby stopped urinating, we were able to get in within an hour after selecting a place in line. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I appreciated the doctor's straightforward approach and sense of urgency. Hopefully we don't need to come back but thankful we're do close ❤️🤗 Thanks team!
Everyone was so nice, welcoming and attentive to my dog’s needs. We came in on a Saturday morning since our vet was booked and within an hour were seen by the vet. The process was relatively quick considering his treatment. Event with payment, they accept care credit and credit cards and ran through the list of charges to make sure we were comfortable with pricing of everything. They followed up to see how he was doing on Monday and answered questions within minutes. 10/10 experience.
Dr. Trevino and the entire care team here are absolutely amazing. They were so caring and accommodating to me and my cat, Poppy. Not to mention, the virtual waiting room is a game changer. I can guarantee your babies will be in great hands here ❤️
Not one of the best experiences at a vet. Went to diagnose a diarrhea for our pet where he had vomitted just once and they gave an injection for vomitting apparently and nothing to control diarrhea. From what was told by our regular vet and online reading that was unnecessary for a one time vomit incident . As am reading more on vca and how its operated, its a national chain and is usually mentioned as one of the more expensive care for pets out there. Since this industry has lesser regultions than human healthcare and this is owned by a public corporation, profits obviously come first and it is expected. The positives are- same day appointment within an hour or so and some good folks working here. Else expect high vet care costs, unnecessary tests etc. Always compare prices or get second opinions on major costs or procedures if you are able to.
The entire staff was incredibly nice and helpful and took care of our little Nino as if he was their own. They made him feel very comfortable and took care of his wound same day, and in a couple of hours he was home, resting, happy.
We brought in a stray we found for some testing and medication and the staff here was AMAZING! Dr. Hayes, Amanda, and the staff member who checked us in were super attentive to our new little friend and guided us through care we could provide. They got us in super quickly using the online waiting room and the facility itself is brand new and spotless. Thank you to the staff for the great experience :)
