I honestly love that Save This Life provides not just the microchip, but their own database. Some microchip manufacturers do not have their own database, so you have to go pay or register at a different site. The County Animal Services was able to get in contact with me almost immediately as they found my pet, and I'm very happy how easy the process of setting up your contact info to people being able to contact you was.

We were headed out of town and I needed to make sure my dog’s information was up to date on his microchip. His number was registered but I couldn’t see him in my account. I emailed for help and they answered me with a fix at 10:00pm on a Thursday night! Amazing customer service!

I would prefer to give no stars at all. They took my money and never sent the ID tag, never sent the tracking number. I have emailed, called, and left messages on their website with no response. There is no way to actually get in touch with anyone. I will be reporting this as fraud. Also check the BBB. Multiple complaints on this company.
