Absolutely wonderful experience! My dog has a very difficult time around strangers, but Paz did exactly what he needed giving him space as we entered the building and ignoring him to allow him to settle in without feeling scared that someone would try to interact with him. We had a great appointment with Dr. Sirois! It was a long appointment and he was very nervous at first, but he eventually got so comfortable that he started asking for treats from Dr. Sirois and he didn't have any reactions! Which is a vet visit first for us. It was wonderful to be able to talk through his medical and behavioral history and I left the visit feeling very optimistic about the treatment plan we discussed and the options we have available to help him. Dr. Sirois listened to my concerns so empathetically and I can't even describe how wonderful it felt to talk to someone who so fully understands both his medical issues and his behavioral struggles. I also really appreciated the detailed visit summary that was sent after the appointment. I can't wait to see what the future brings as we continue to work with Dr. Sirois.

I took my new puppy here for his first round of shots. I had a lot of questions as it had been close to six years since my last dog passed away and a lot of things have changed. The experience of the interaction with the vet was one that was extremely disappointing. I felt that there was a lot of fear tactics used to “encourage” me more of the way she wanted me to go. My questions weren’t viewed for what they were, curiosity so I could make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. She then went into telling me not to feed raw food and a study that was done for grain free food. I ended up choosing to go with a certified fear free clinic and learned more accurate information on the grain free food study, gained vets that have been very allowing for questions, and vets that have been truly supportive of getting me comfortable with treatment plans for my dog. I was very surprised by our interactions here.

Amazing service and such great staff that take care of my dog as one of their own. Shoutout Dr. Carter also, she took care of my 14 year old Dachshund who has murmur and needed her teeth removed. The anesthesia process was a little risky with her murmur, but she took great care of my dog getting her in and out, she is now happy and healthy and nothing harmful happened to her. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Carter to anyone.

I LOVE Paz!! The staff is so wonderful & genuine. And Dr.Pullen is a phenomenal vet!! I was first drawn in by their uniquely awesome design/brand, they do titter testing & that they are fear free certified, and have stayed for the service! I was devastated when my first vet stopped practicing, and I was terrified I wouldn’t find another vet that would be able to understand me, have patience and respect my insatiable curiosity to be the best pet parent I can be. I am SO grateful I found Dr. Pullen!!! He is able to put my mind at ease, as I am a very protective dog mom. He always answers all of my questions thoroughly so I can understand exactly what is going on with my baby, and I can feel confident making the best decisions for him. He is so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, patient and passionate about his work! And that is no small feat. He’s great with the human and the pet!! He has been a life saver and I would literally drive from anywhere just so we can go to a vet visit with him. Thank you so much for everything!!

I wish I could give 100 stars! My reactive/anxious dog and stressed cat have both been seeing Dr. Sirois, and the amount of improvement we have seen has been nothing short of amazing. My dog has been able to do so many things I didn’t think would ever be possible given her amount of anxiety, and Dr. S saved my cat from needing a very expensive surgery. For anyone needing help with their pet’s behavior, she is the best doctor to see. The behavior tech, Holley, is equally as amazing!! Y’all are miracle workers!

This is now my third vet visit. You NEED to take your dog to this vet. My dog is reactive with other dogs and sometimes weird around vets. She has done amazing here. Better at any other vet she has been to. They are so cautious and don’t make me feel uncomfortable for having a reactive dog. I will forever stay at this vet they are so accommodating. Our most recent visit was to get Silva spayed. And they did so well with her, techs were amazing. Special shout out to Neythan, Dr. pullen, and also the other female tech with the short brown hair. (I’m sorry for forgetting her name). The techs did an amazing job with her and Dr.pullen was so nice to me and my baby. Keep doing what you guys are doing your staff is amazing
