When our cat was experiencing significant pain we knew we had to bring him to the hospital. We were met with a quailified team of professionals, and they really helped us with the process of getting treatment and answers. I advise getting pet insurance early with your pets. Fortunately we already had it and it made the financial part of treatment much more affordable for us.

Good experience all things considered as we ended up losing our dog. The issue I have is they do "bill audits" weeks after and send you bills saying you owe more money. No other vet service we've been to does this. This happened both visits and they were significant additional numbers. Not appreciated.

There are no words to adequately express our appreciation for the amazing care our dog was given after a devastating fire at our home. Macy arrived in very poor condition, in the middle of the night, without much hope. With the care and dedication of these amazing vets, she made it and is thriving! Macy stayed in the emergency ICU for 2 weeks with lots of ups and downs. Throughout her stay we were called daily, given opportunities to visit daily and treated with care and kindness. It was quite obvious these special humans were called to do what they do and they do it with heart. Special shout out to Dr. Rhoden--a leader like no other--and Mary, Macy's special buddy who loved our baby like her own. To note another reviewer, there was a wait but I think that is to be expected. You never know what is going on behind those doors so patience is important. We waited a lot, but it was not a problem because we knew important things were going on for many animals in distress. A+++++++++ to this hospital!

So thankful for the emergency and internal medicine team at NC State. After being told nothing was wrong with Evie from other vets I am so glad I trusted my gut and took her to State. Come to find out Evie has Addisons disease and that has caused all of her symptoms and can be deadly if left untreated. Thank you again🤍🐾

Almost four hours and no other patients waiting no update. Receptionist tried to find out an update from the Dr. Dannemiller and he was missing. I wish the service was according to the fee. Terrible experience. Not showing any compassion for the pets, very sad.

On what was an otherwise terrible day for us, the staff and doctors here were wonderful. Patient, caring and empathetic. They Dave us better information than any other vet we went to, and made our pups last day comfortable and manageable. Thanks to you all!
