I’ve been taking Isabella Noelle to Ambassador Animal Hospital for a year and have no complaints. Great customer service, very caring, and very responsive. I also appreciate their hours & availability. This hospital is a little more pricey than Petsmart or local competitors, however, I believe you’re paying for the quality which is beyond worth it. I also just got my 3.5lb (adult) miniature toy poodle spayed here & I have no complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

Making the appointment over the phone was a breeze! You get text notifications to update you and confirm your appointment for your fur baby! The staff there was extremely friendly and the Vet was very knowledgeable about the many treatments and educated me further on anything I had questions about. Handled my fur baby with so much love. Think I found a new vet!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently adopted a dog, my sweet Gideon. We took him to Ambassador for his first vet appointment. He was so nervous but they was so tender with him. He came back in to the room wagging his tail and happy. It made me feel good to see him happy during his visit. Very sweet people! Everyone was pleasant!

Ambassador has been my vet for years and they are the best! They are all kind, compassionate and understanding of the pet owner's wishes. They have helped me with our cats and dogs from beginning to end of life. I have never questioned the expertise of the vets or techs. I have always felt they care about my family and my pets. I live in Lexington and still drive to their clinic for the excellent care.

Ambassador easily took both my cats at the same time for their annual exam. The team is gentle and thorough. Though obviously the cats don’t love venturing from home, they were in pretty good spirits for the appointment overall.
