I have been bringing my pets to Animal Clinic for many, many years. The attention and quality of care my pets receive has always been outstanding. The office staff has always been friendly and patient in listening to concerned “parents” and directing those concerns to the vets and/or technicians. And I think the number one thing I’ve always appreciated is they have never tried to “sell” additional services nor have they ever made you feel like just a number. I can’t imagine taking my pets to any other vet.

I really love this clinic. Everyone is friendly and professional and it's evident that the doctors and technicians truly love their job and genuinely care. They never fail to let me know that my boy is due for something, they always do a thorough exam on him, and always follow up after he's been seen to ask how he's doing.

We were given all the treatment options and the staff educated us to make a decisions that worked for our budget. Dr. Campbell and her nurse Meagan makes me feel at ease with trusting all recommendations they have for my fur baby! They remember him and he remembers them! I’m very picky and protective with letting people interact with my baby but I trust them 100%! We have been taking all of our fur kids to Dr. Tom Hentges at Animal Medical West for over 19 years. The entire team is professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice and wouldn't go anywhere else. They all have a heart of gold in my eyes and our fur babies eyes! I like the fact that they do a follow up call the day after your appointment to check on the animals. Very sweet!
