Where do I begin? Scheduled drop off at 8:00a.m. For neuter, staff did not show up until about 8:37. This was my last time there, but let’s get into the rest. I changed vets recently and boy am I upset. The exam and attention we received from our new vet made me realize how much Petvax doesn’t care. ALSO, the new doctor suggested a teeth cleaning for my dog, I said “no he just had one about 4 months ago at Petvax.” The new doctor said ma’am either they did an awful job or you got scammed. He said my dog had at least a YEAR of buildup on his teeth. The charts Petvax transferred over to my new vet are a complete mess and missing half of the vaccines, and procedures my dogs have had there. Half of the time we received treatment there we didn’t even see the VETERINARIAN. I’m not sure what kind of operation is going on here, but the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners will be contacted. This place needs to be investigated.

The quality of the service has gone down and vet seem to not care about my dog at all. I advise you guys to take your dogs elsewhere! My dog and I had the worst experience here today. Today, I took her in for her annual check up and to get her up to date with all of her shots. I am not even exaggerating when the whole process took 5 minutes max - for something that should be more thorough like her annual check up! They quickly gave her all of her shots without even explaining or saying anything while they were giving it to her. They charged me an exam fee for the vet to just check her heartbeat (he did this in 2 seconds by the way) and didn't check her ears or eyes or anything else. I know it should be more thorough because all the previous times I've been in, the vet took their time with her. I would not be this upset paying for how much they charged me if only they had provided me and my dog more quality service. I had expressed these concern with the lady up front but she had told me I was responsible for asking. I didn't know I was responsible for helping the vet do his job of caring for my dog and making sure we were on the same page. I will be taking my dog else where - somewhere they actually care for animals!

The best staff, super knowledgeable and they love your fur babies like their own. They know their names and temperament. I drive 45 minutes from MS to this location, hands down, no one else can treat my babies but PetVax Midtown.
